My review is based on the fact that the property is mid-renovation and work was ongoing during my stay. After it is complete, it will be great. I had a 1-bedroom apartment w kitchen that met all my needs. The desk staff person was very friendly & helpful. The location was perfect for my needs & parking was easy.

This is the second Soneta hotel I stayed. The first Soneta I visited was in Dallas. I was there by myself. I visited the Houston Soneta in the company of my sister and my niece. We spent 3 days there. We were very happy with the room, the cleaniness, the upkeep and condition of the appliance.

Overall clean room and bathroom. Very friendly staff. Maintenance guys need to stay on top of all things. Room AC was acting up, they switched the room promtly the following day of my stay. Among other things were loose toilet, faulty shower controls etc.

I really liked my room. Booked for Thanksgiving night. Very clean. Only 2 appliances were bad. Bed, pillows, carpet, TV,and shower were perfect! Loved the full sized refrigerator and cooktop stove. I was taken a back initially with the construction at the front door and everywhere throughout. The front desk was very nice but non displayed handicapped vehicles took all the handicapped parking and she really didn't seem like she could do anything. I will book again for Christmas.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with them. But they were really busy and difficult to find them at the time of check in. The hotel was going through major renovation. Despite the renovation activities, room was clean and quiet.

Great place to stay!

I love this property. It’s a great place to stay especially if you’re traveling with your pets. Absolutely recommend. Front desk staff is always nice and super accommodating. Will be staying here again in the future.

My first room had a broken air conditioner, but I was moved to the third floor and had a great room. Rooms are nice and big with the desk and kitchen and plenty of space. Very clean and looks new. Hallways are getting a facelift with new paint on 2nd and 3rd floor. Staff at the desk were so kind. Outside and hallways have a cheap look and feel, but once in the room, everything was great!

Clean & quiet, but my keycard had to be replaced daily…very inconvenient! Also one day my room had a funny odor, I thought it might be smoke, but the guy at the front desk assured me it wasn’t. Didn’t mention anything else, but the next day there were signs about paint fumes! The female desk agents were hospitable.
