The hotel was completely nice. The only thing was the location was notclose to where our family lived. We were able to use a sister htel that was closer to the desired location. Holiday Inn. Very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was mid.

Great location, easy to access Katy Fwy. Everything is close by. Quiet. Room is OK. Front desk young lady is friendly and amazing. Nothing to complaint about it. But this building definitely need a remodel.Elevator is not working but I don't use elevator it's FYI for others. Door handle is broken. Water is dripping in the bathroom cannot turn it off tight. I wish to stay there again but need to remodel the whole building.

The hotel rooms were dirty, had to change two rooms before we got the final room which was the third room, the third room we had to manage half of the room light wasn’t working, tge curtain was torn, worst of all the bathtub was mostly brown/yellow. We were uncomfortable throughout our stay. I worry about the hygiene of the hotel

Attempted to cancel within 2 hours of booking do to a change in circumstances. Expedia did very little and La Quinta refused to cancel and refund. Expedia said don’t cancel until we contact the hotel, I waited and lost all the money for a hotel I did not stay at in Houston. Poor customer service from both and unwilling to compromise.
