"Love the location of the hotel. It was in the museum district, so you can walk to most of the museums. The area also has beautiful parks that are well maintained. The hotel decor was contemporary with touches of modern and nostalgic pictures. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the hotel again."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Woodlands Resort. The property was beautiful, and the staff made us feel welcome. The room was spotless and the pillows were amazing. The restaurants were very nice with equally amazing staff. The pool and lazy river were the perfect place to relax and enjoy friends. The pool staff mainly “Erica” was very attentive. She came around regularly and even found us in the lazy river to give us samples of drinks (of which were great)! Many of us later purchased the drink she gave us samples of. We highly recommend the resort and look forward to returning!"

"Very good stay for a short overnight in Houston, short distance to the airport and everything I needed. My only suggestion would be to make it easier for non US citizens to contact the hotel at the airport. I was told to call the hotel when I had cleared customs to arrange the shuttle from my terminal. The number I was given didn't answer and my UK credit quickly went to zero. Luckily the nice lady at the helpdesk looked up another number and got through and booked the shuttle for me."
