I chose this hotel because of the closeness to the airport and all of the amenities they offered. However, this place was terrible and absolutely everything was out of order. Pool- out of order, Womens restroom-out of order, juice machine during breakfast-out of order, airport shuttle- out of order, fitness center- out of order. Rooms have roaches and beds have bugs. I will NEVER stay here ever again!!!!! I stayed here for 7 days and everything I mentioned was out of order the entire time.

While the room itself could have been cleaner, there was one Staff Member who went above and beyond. Her name is Kim. She helped my elderly mother when I was not on site. It makes me happy there a still kind people on the world. Now if they could just clean the remote controls….(it was sticky and grimy). Luckily, I had a can of Lysol.

missed a flight. I Had to get a hotel asap. It had the best price and best rate. The pool water was cloudy but it didn't matter to me, because I didn't use it. The continental breakfast was normal. I like waffles and coffee so it was good.

Close to the airport but needs works

Got delayed in Houston overnight so had to pick a close hotel. Staff were super nice but the first 2 rooms had mold or broken AC controller. Second 2 rooms much better but toilet seat was broken and bathroom screws were loose. Snack area had enough to hold us over. Breakfast ended at 9 and checkout at 12 which was nice considering our flight wasn’t until 3.

The bed was the best thing in the room. The bathroom was the deal breaker for me. The tub was very rusted around the fixtures and the floor not swept. The carpet not vacuumed. Lot of places on the walls need painting, and in the ceiling covers were missing off of the sprinklers or something. There was no battery cover for the tv remote. We got to the hotel in between 8:30pm - 9:00pm, and we left at around 5:15am. The outside of the hotel needed some attention also. The pool was not in use either. I will not return, not recommend, I was so dissatisfied.😣

I ultimately decided to cancel my reservation shortly after arrival. The lobby was dimly lit and had a noticeable musky odor, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the public restrooms were not well-maintained. After hearing from another traveler that their room was in poor condition, I felt it was best to find alternative accommodations.

At first we got a room without sheets, and all for stay. Then we got a room where 20 cats lived before us- smell was awful! Plus cockroaches, TV wasn’t working, microwave can’t be used due to the danger. We couldn’t have breakfast because there was a homeless person having breakfast!!! Terrible nightmare!!!

I'll start with the positives...we were able to get a last minute reservation at a cheap price when our travel plans left us marooned in Houston overnight. This hotel is very dated, there was chipped paint on the walls and even graffiti in the room. When we went down for the free breakfast at 6:20 (it was supposed to start at 6 AM), there was only cold coffee from the day before, no hot water for tea, and not much in the way of a food selection. I would not recommend staying here unless you were in a pinch.

The entire hotel is poorly maintained. 4 other people were staying at this hotel and I see why. I should’ve looked more extensively at the reviews but here is what I experienced. Room was dirty and stinky as can be. Stains absolutely everywhere you can imagine. Dirty towels, dirty bed set, dirty floor, dirty walls, dirty counters, heater didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, curtains don’t fully close so streetlights beam your face. Staff was unfriendly. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was not properly clean, the bathroom had several broken fixtures, the smoke detectors were damaged, there were cigarettes in the stairways, and the elevator was out of service. This hotel was a complete disaster. Thankfully, I only had to stay one night.
