The property was great but was confused about the living situation. In the literature, it says the whole house but doesn't say rent rooms and everyone shares the rest of the house. But it was quiet and peaceful. I would stay again

The apartment is very nice and clean and stylish. Location is also good, safe and accessible. However it looked like there were other people in the property that didn’t rent a room or maybe were not guests ( I don’t know) as they were sleeping on the couch in living room and they were there 24/7 playing music so loud all evening, literally all evening. They stopped at 10:30pm one night and then at 12:05 midnight they started again, so unbelievably loud. Then they started playing a computer game on TV with the sound on while music was playing too. They stopped around 1am and AGAIN started music at 3am. It was one of my worst experiences. These people didn’t have a room in the apartment as they were or at least one was sleeping on the couch and they were there at al times.

NOT a hotel. More like a hostel in a bad way. No parking lot. Just a room with a tiny bathroom. No staff on site.

Access details to the property are only sent at check in time and not in advance but the host made an exception for us. The area is great and very safe but there’s currently a lot of construction happening around (Aug 2025). Had to park on the other side of the street as the parking in front of the hotel/house was full but that was not a problem. Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. Amenities were great loved the steaming iron. Honestly would go back!

48 hrs - No response / take a shower!

This was an odd stay & should be considered more of an Airbnb. More like rent a room in an apartment. Odd coming out of your room to see a stranger in the kitchen. Very surprised, was not described well in advertising. Help was no where to be found. Message questions about stay and I’m waiting for a response over 48hrs later. Shower in room 5 is incredible, would deal with this bs again to take another shower 😂

The good - Beautiful townhouse in a great neighborhood where most things are a short uber ride. Beautiful park nearby. We stayed in the luxery suite, the bathroom was very nice and the room was cleen the walls were pretty banged up. The view from the patio is stunning. The not so good - Our check in was a bit unconventional due to an error in someones system when we modified our booking. There were cleaners on the premises at 8am for 4 hours cleaning the day after we arrived. The property is lacking simple amenities which would make guests stay a bit more comfortable. For a 5 unit shared space there are limited cups and plates. No glassware, no wine glasses only plastic drinking cups. No extra blankets, towels we were given 2 towels only, no bathmat, no dishtowels to wash the 2 coffee cups so someone else can use them. The kitchen could have had more thibgs for travellers like tin foil, more then 1 baking sheet etc. Most cupboards were all empy. The patio set is worse for ware some cusions would have been nice. Just some simple things would have made this stay a bit more elevated and comfortable. Most people dont fly with their own towels and glassware.

La estancia estubo exelente, solo cosas que quisiera mencionar: 1- me robaron bebidas que puse en el refrigerador los otros inquilinos. 2 - el colchon de piso tenia muchas y grandes manchas. 3 - me mandaron decir que moviera mi auto por medio de correo electronico, y no era yo el que estorbaba 4 - el cepillo de el toilet y un porta toallas estaban rotos. 5 - los vecinos de el piso de la sala eran muy ruidosos (peleaban verbal y fisicamente) eran 5 personas en un cuarto pequeño.
