Trash Pickup – Mondays. Please use your assigned black bin (HAZ 5 = Bin #5). Improper disposal may result in extra cleaning fees.
Parking – Each apartment has one assigned spot (HAZ 5 = Spot #5). Do not use other units’ spaces. Street parking is available, but please avoid blocking driveways.
Pets – Allowed with approval. Cleaning fees apply. Pets must be leashed in common areas and not left unattended. Unauthorized pets may incur double the cleaning fee.
Mid-Stay Cleanings – Required weekly for extended stays (7+ nights). Fee applies.
