Shower does not have cold waters , almost get burn, unable to take a shower Bathroom floor slippery. No hair dryer. No hand soap. An Evening check in staff and breakfast server lady were very nice and friendly

Room was not cleaned beforehand and not cleaned while we were there. The floors weren't vacuumed and things from previous tenants were under the beds and around the room including a cigar that my one year almost ate. Each hotel receptionists were very friendly but i would probably not stay here again.

I did not like their rooms. They were dirty. They did not have any body wash in the bathroom. Our toilet bowl moved around when we tried to sit down. That dirty carpet that they have in the rooms needs to go. Go with hard woodfloors. The walls was not clean. Looks like someone put makeup all over the bathroom light fixtures. The curtains was really nasty and had holes in them. The room smells so bad. There was only one big drying towel. Our room was dirty when we walked in. My mom was too shame to ask for another one. The guest above us was rude. Walking hard all night above us. I even tried to call the front desk. No answer. Really. The only thing was good at this place was the customer service and how clean the inside and the outside was. That will be the only thing i give 5⭐️ for. When i go and stay at any hotel. We always bring our own towels, soap and azz paper. Sad. But we do. Next time we will just go to a hotel that has room service, restaurants, and bars inside. I also have pictures if you need to see for yourself. I won't be back. I won't ever tell anyone about this place. We did feel safe over there. There are a lot of homeless people around that area. Dallas doesn't allow that at all. They have a place for people like them. The best part is that they do have a lot of lights in the parking lot and on property. But I just feel better if they did a better job with their everyday rooms. If I am staying for a day, a week or a month. They need to do better.

The front desk reps were nice however, the hotel had absolutely NO hot water in the building they said it was an issue in the area but, I checked into another hotel about 7 blocks away and they had hot water. I am not sure if that was the truth or the mile radius the issues was. I spent about 3 1/2 total on the phone with hotel.com they insisted on giving me key cash as a form of refund which was totally not acceptable. The hotel not having water was beyond my control I lost out on so much money. This was an unpleasant experience.

Not so good would not recommend
My stay was not good you could tell thus room had not been rented in awhile it was dusty and the refrigerator was dirty literally could wipe dirt out of it. The closet door was hanging on barely off track and the bathroom was rusty with pai t peeljng off the tub area

They are such of liets I book my reservation and paid for it even paid for some type of insurance so that it would warranty my room and when I got there they had rent it my room and gave me a different one I spend the most worst night next day I left and this is the date they haven’t refund my money back from my other night that I didn’ sleep in iasm for a refund and still haven’t hear from them I don’t recommend this place at all !!!!!!

This is a great low budget hotel option near Westheimer Road and NRG stadium. The neighborhood is a little rough, but the property is secure and safe. The rooms are large, old and outdated, there are visible stains on the carpet and furniture, but it is also as clean as possible and accommodating. Rooms have microwaves, mini refrigerators, sink and coffee set-ups. Hotel staff were polite upon check-in, snack purchase and check-out. We didn't eat but there is free breakfast available. Wheelchair accessible entry, room, bathroom and shower. $50 incidental fee returned within 4 days.

It was an ok since i came in late and had to rush for a meeting. But i didnt know they were calling me back to transfer from the room that i was booked and checked in to accomodate another guests. But since i had also low vision at night that room was helpful for me. They shouldnt let rooms specifically meant for disabled guest be book by anyone or open to regular other than disabled guest. Good morning thanks for staying at the Baymont. The call was just a courtesy to notify you that the specific disable room picked was not available due to the guest extending their reservation but you were still given a room for disabled guest.

We checked in after 10pm and was sent to a room that was not ready to be checked into. The bed was not made and towels were on the floor in the bathroom. The room we actually checked into was acceptable, but could have been cleaned better. Housekeeping did not check to see if we needed towels, toiletries, etc. Breakfast was good, but I still had to climb stairs for the ice machine since the one on the ground floor was out of service.

When we pull up to the office, we saw a few people smoking in front which make my mother in law and wife felt ill cause we have kids with us. I went inside and requested to cancel but the gentleman refused.

The room did not look like it was advertised. Our room was very old and run down. The restroom is very small. The water was brown every time I turned on the water on the shower and bathroom sink. The bed was comfortable.

Hotel condition and amenities need update, room is clean but needs upgrade badly especially the bathroom, looks like 1980s. Bed is clean and comfortable, AC is cold, carpet needs clean, pool is great, only 2 floor hotel, close to many restaurants and shops on Bellaire rd and Vietnamese town, good price, front desk is super nice.
