"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "
"Very clean, friendly staff. Modern design, decent breakfast. Helpful restaurant dinner option as not a lot of options close to hotel for food.
Room was basic, but comfortable."
"What a unique experience in Brno! The bunker room was clean, comfortable and rather spacious. We found the temperature pleasantly cool, especially enjoyable during summer. Although the toilet and shower were shared with other rooms, they were clean too. Wifi worked fine. Both the entrance fee for visiting the museum and a breakfast were included. Mind you that you need to be at the breakfast area early in order to enjoy the full spread. What makes this place so much more than the sum of all...

"This hotel is excellent value for money. Everything you need is there. The breakfast buffet caters for every want and need and the breakfast dining room is pleasant for a long breakfast. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and housekeeping welcome feedback and requests and are responsive. The room windows are effective in cutting outside noise . Air conditioning is in each room and is adequate but not the best. We have stayed in summer and recently in autumn. The beds are huge and very comfortable and tea and coffee facilities are provided in each room. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the Bruno bar and restaurant. The food there is excellent and service is superb. A special mention for Hana, in the Bruno cafe who is exceptionally friendly and helpful as a server. The hotel is an easy 20 minute walk into town or you can walk 5 minutes to the trams or just across the road to the bus stops. Alternatively, it is about a £3 taxi ride into town via the Bolt taxi app. Kaufland supermarket is an easy walk away as is the Lužansky park if you wan a pleasant morning walk after breakfast. The hotel also has an excellent massage therapist, gym facilites, pool etc. This was our 2nd visit and we will certainly be back. "
"Wonderful hotel, comfortable, modern, great location, walkable. Two month trip thru Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, this was the finest hotel we stayed in."
"We had a delightful two night stay at the Hotel Europa. Our room was lovely and spacious, breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The area around the hotel was peaceful, and it was just a short walk into the city centre. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Brno!"
"You have to taper your expectations for a luxury stay. This is a novelty hostel to stay in. As it's a bunker, it really plays to the theme. It's deep underground and dark by design. It does wind up a bit chilly inside, but the sleeping bag i was provided was surprisingly warm. Breakfast was a simple affair, a basic buffet. You don't get any phone signal inside, but the wifi actually works for once. Showers attempt to be warm, but you have to keep it running to get some warmth, possibly not ideal if you're feeling under the weather.
It's worth noting it's also a museum, so depending on where your room is, you may be hearing the music and videos for a fair amount of time during the day. I found that when the museum is closed on monday or any time after 7pm, you have to ring the doorbell for a member of staff to let you in. It can take them a while if you're coming back late at night, but not a big issue and at least it's secure.
It's an experience, worth trying out, just be mentally prepared for it."
"While the property looks dated from the outside, the inside looks great. The room was spacious, equipped with all we needed. The breakfast was perhaps the highlight of our stay, as it offered plenty of very tasty options. Hope to return soon!"
