Perfect location in Bruno
Good location in town but it's on top of a nightclub and in main square don't expect any sleep at weekends, but ideal central location
Perfect location, very big apartment, only minus is shared bathroom. Bathroom is shared between multiple rooms/guests but I have to say it’s very clean.
I've been staying at this property every time I visit Brno because it is the perfect location to see everything or to catch a bus, train, or tram to see everything. The staff is so kind, and everything is pretty clean.
Nice big room with tall ceilings. Location is very central.
No breakfast option though you have to go find something which is fine but when on business with mor ing meetings not ideal
Very spacious apartment with a beatiful view of a nearby church. The whole place is very nice, clean and you can even use kitchen and laundry machines.
Toilets and bathrooms are shared for the whole floor but we haven’t ran into anybody during our 3 day stay.
If you are looking for a comfortable and not expensive place to stay in Brno city centre this could be the one.

Room were very spacious, coffee machine was excellent, has washer and dryer, staff was very kind and helpful.
So many doors to get to apartment and toilet door handle was broken and shower was very awkward.
Beautiful rooms, with nice furniture and amazing views of the lively square below.
Excellent location, very central.
It might get a bit loud in summer, but that didn't bother us much. They provide ear plugs which is a nice touch.
This property is in an updated late-nineteenth-century building and has view of St. James (sv. Jakob) Church and the nearby square. It is one of the most comfortable accommodations I experienced. There is no parking, but a commercial garage is nearby.

A bit of a weird and quite old building, the apartment was clean still dated .. we were on weekend so it was noisy till very late night.. nice and helpful stuff at the reception. Very good and centric location, the parking is 5-8 min walk, better to use backpacks or hand bags ..
Buttom line - it’s ok ..
the front desk is in another building, then you have to curry your items to another place 3 doors down. Parking is not available, it's a parking lot about 10 min walk away. I booked this place because the offered parking, not at all. I parked on the street and i asked the front desk person if it was ok for at least to get my luggage out of the car and she said she had no idea even though i took a pic of the sign to show her and kept saying to park in the parking garage. not sure if the get money for sending people over there but if you are dealing with tourists, you should at least know what the parking situation is literally in form of your property. Great location and thats about it. i wouldnt stay here again.
Stayed 3 nights in February 24, including the weekend. We stayed in the Classic Apartment, 1 Bedroom, City View.
To start, check-in is incredibly simple and can be done online before arrival, so when you do turn up it's merely a case of collecting the keys.
The apartment is about as central as you can get, it is right next to St James' Church. The check-in desk is in a separate building but this is only a few metres away and is not an issue. The main train station is 10-15mins away by foot and other transport links are all easily within reach (either bus or tram). You are alsosurrounded by countless options for food and drink.
The apartment itself could not be faulted. Very, very spacious and comfortable, modern looking and with a lot of amenities. We were big fans of the coffee machine and really appreciated the washing machine (with easy to understand instructions on how to use). The bed was massive and very comfortable. The shower was also great.
You would normally have a fantastic view of the church as well, but sadly it was covered in scaffolding during our visit.
The only disappointment was that there is a nightclub that was open on the weekends and you could hear and feel the music throughout the night. Earplugs were provided, but they don't stop it all. In general we're used to sleeping with noise but this could be an issue for others, so bear in mind for weekend stays.
Despite this, we would happily stay again and would recommend highly to others.
The staff was very friendly, and the place very nice. Centrally located. However, this is a problem in the summer as there is no air condition, and when you have the windows open, it's pretty noisy in the night.
Very accommodating stay. My key got stuck in the door, so they put me in a larger room. Hotel in heart of Brno, just don’t expect too much English to be spoken.
The street noise is minimal with the windows closed, but that is expected when staying so close to restaurants. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Would stay here again.
