PRESENTATION

Chalet of 31 m2, completely renovated, with a private parking space and a fenced garden of 150 m2, in the residence "les moussaillons" (entirely pedestrian).
You will have access to the leisure area of Les Moussaillons residence with pool, bar, snack, pizza, laundry, bike rental, bread and pastries ... (from June 15 to September 15)

SITUATION

300 m from the port, shops, restaurants, and Lake Hourtin (supervised beach) 100 m from the Ile aux enfants (10 hectares dedicated to children).

For lovers of waves and surfing, the ocean beaches are 10 km away

Hourtin village is 2 km (local shops, seasonal market, restaurants, beautician, hairdresser ...). If you wish, you can access it by the bike path.

Nearby, you will also find Lacanau, the Bassin d'Arcachon, the tip of Grave Le Verdon (with the possibility of taking the ferry for Royan), Pauillac and the great Medieval castles, Bordeaux, the dune of Pyla and many others places not to be missed.

THE CHALET AND ITS GARDEN

- Fully equipped kitchenette (hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker and of course, the necessary crockery).
- 2 independent bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a 140 bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (a fireside chair available for an extra bed)
- A bathroom with walk-in shower
- separate WC

You can indulge in idleness on a wooden terrace of more than 20 m2 on a closed garden of 150m2 (does not overlook the paths) ... while your children will enjoy the swing / slide swing.

Garden furniture, parasol and plancha will be at your disposal.

High chair loan and crib on demand.

ACTIVITIES

Swimming lake (beach monitored in season), ocean and many water sports (sailing, kite, pedalo, boat rental, catamaran, surf ...), fishing, cycling and hiking, equestrian center, skate park ...
The island for children with many free games (castle, slides, swings).
Outdoor market three mornings a week downtown and night market every Friday at the harbor.

Le chalet est tres bien, bien aménagé, agréable a vivre. Et le plus pas de voitures qui passent très calme, lac à proximité, et l'océan à 20 minutes sans bouchon, le rêve. Je recommande cette location. Et j'espère y revenir un jour.

Logement agréable

Le logement est propre, parfaitement aménagé et les équipements suffisants pour être confortablement installé. Il ne manque (pour moi) qu’un miroir en pied, facilement corrigible avec un miroir collant derrière une porte par exemple. L’emplacement est top, très peu de vis à vis et très peu de passage à proximité. Le petit plus : le local mis à disposition qui nous a servi à ranger nos vélos.

un séjour reposant.

l'environnement est tranquille avec un petit port à proximité et une balade sous les pins et un lac où l'on peut se baigner. Seul regret, pas assez d'activités à proximité du chalet. Sinon, le logement était parfait !

Séjour tres agréable en tout point

On a apprécié le cadre du chalet, la tranquillité , les équipements mis a disposition. Le jardin est tres agréable. Il est proche de Hourtin port. Laure et Cedric sont disponibles et reactifs. A refaire si l'occasion se présente.

bonne situation

ce n'est pas très grand mais fonctionnel avec un extérieur confortable et tous les équipements nécessaires (sauf peut-être une machine à laver le linge). la localisation est idéale pour la plage (parfaite pour les enfants) et les commerces ne sont pas très loin. la communication avec le propriétaire ainsi qu'avec laure était facile. nous n'avons eu aucun souci pendant ce séjour

Séjour agréable et logement impéccable

Logement très bien situé. Rien a redire sur celui-ci. Commerces, plage du lac Hourtin et Ile au enfants accessibles à quelques centaines de mètres, c'est très appréciable avec des enfants. Emplacement calme même en période estivale. Barbecue et plancha très appréciés par ces fortes chaleurs. Ocean a moins de 15 minutes en voiture. S'il faudrait améliorer quelque chose, ce serait de mettre une climatisation ou un ventilateur quand il fait chaud et que les enfants font une sieste. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si l'occasion se présente.

Résidence bien située proche commerces. L'île aux enfants et petit port permettent de passer un agréable moment. Les vélos à disposition permettent de faire de belles balades autour du lac. On peut profiter aussi de la plage assez proche. Accueil agréable et sympathique.

La maison est très agréable. Grand jardin tranquille et belle terrasse permettant de vivre à l'extérieur du matin au soir.
