"The photos on the listing are very misleading. The property looks nothing like the pictures — it seems those were taken years ago, possibly right after construction or renovation. The exterior is quite run down and in need of maintenance. The rooms are decent in size, but they also need updating. The bathroom and furniture are old and worn out. "A charming hotel, we had a spacious room on the second floor overlooking the quaint, cute courtyard. Sat there for bit while we waited for dinner reservation at a near by restaurant. The employees were helpful and made us feel at home. When visiting Tarbes, this the place to stay. "

"Hôtel vieillissant. Peinture écaillée dans les couloirs, odeur d'humidité. Ménage perfectible dans les chambres: poubelle salle de bain non vidée, grille VMC salle de bain pleine de poussière. Plus rien au petit déjeuner en arrivant 45 min avant la fin. Plis de vienoisseries, plus de café, plus de jus d orange. Quelques tranches de brioche sèches sûrement de la veille voire plus. Malgré ma remarque, aucun geste commercial en compensation. Cela aurait été appréciable. "
