"This is a low-priced motel and it met my expectations. Nothing fancy and nothing bad that I experienced, but I mainly just used the room at the end of the day to eat, relax a bit, and get ready for the next day. It’s maybe slightly run-down by which I mean there were some small holes in the walls where things like towel racks or old locks had been attached and have since been removed. The place however was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water ran fine. I’ll stay there again when I’m in the area in the future. "

Just being there alone was enough, and then everything else: Owners and staff so helpful and personable, breakfast was amazing, we just walked down the street right into the Homestead and had dinner, mattress was even amazing (back problems)! Lots of activities nearby. Fabulous weekend. I will be going back!"

"Easy check-in, responsive host, clean beautiful home. Celebrated my wife’s birthday with two other couples, and we had plenty of space. It was well equipped with towels, and paper for our stay. Kitchen was also fully equipped - very nice. Primary access has a decent amount of steps, good to know if you visit with elderly or disabled - but it was not a problem for our party."

"This apartment is in the heart of Hot Springs with easy access to shops and the Homestead. Everything is walkable! Parking on-site or on the street was easy. The rooms were spacious and furnished well. The kitchen has a range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The apartment is ont he back of the building with a view to the mountain and the creek. Very quiet."
