"The room was very small and very dark with ainadequate reading lamps. There was no closet—just a wall shelf with hooks under it for clothes. The walls and ceiling were thin and I was wakened by very large garbage trucks banging metal containers and backing up, beeping, again and again."

"Nice location. Comfortable beds. But could be cleaner. I know it is a pet friendly place. But I don’t want to be covered in someone else’s pets hair or human hair. The couch and chair in front leaving room are not very clean or comfortable. The bedroom bed had hair all over the comforter and pillows.The kitchen is not very well stocked. The coffee machine water reservoir was gross. We were able to check in early. Which was great. But the code sent to us didn’t work. I was able to call and get someone to help after trying 3 different codes. Made me a little uneasy if the code was set for us or if compels could come in."

"I really like staying at the Shiloh. It has been going under renovations for some time. I can’t remember the last time I stayed there and the pool area was open. It’s also getting a bit rundown. Things like the carpeting need attention. Breakfast left a little to be desired, but it is towards the end of the ski season so it’s somewhat understandable. The staff is always very helpful and very friendly, so I will continue to stay here. I just wish it would get a little TLC."
