As you ascend to the second floor, you'll enter the heart of the home—a spacious open floor plan designed for comfort and style. The living room beckons with a plush sectional couch, centered around a flat-screen TV and a cozy fireplace, creating the perfect spot for gathering and relaxation. Adjacent to the living area, a dining table for six awaits, complemented by two seats at the kitchen island and additional bar seating for three, providing ample space for shared meals and entertaining. The full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, invites culinary adventures and gourmet delights.
The second floor boasts three inviting bedrooms, each offering a king bed for restful nights of sleep. Two of the bedrooms serve as master suites, featuring en-suite bathrooms with soaking tubs and separate showers, offering a luxurious retreat after a day of adventure. The third bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway, offers a tub-shower combo and serves the remaining bedroom.

Sweet Berry Farm is a wonderful destination for the whole family to visit. This farm offers seasonal activities, allowing visitors to pick their own berries in the spring and pumpkins in the fall. 12. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.

House was a great location to a number of golf courses. Was a super fit for 5 adults providing areas for get togethers and space for time to yourself. Was a great stay. Thank you.
This home with 3 king masters and a bunk room was ideal for couples with kids and young couples with no kids to have king rooms.
The set up of the bedrooms was the key to our rental. The reason I gave a 3 for cleanliness was 2 of the showers drained extremely slow, and while Cozi management responded there was a mix up getting Maintance out to fix during our stay.
We communicated after the visit and management was extremely apologetic. While it was a little frustrating during the stay; the entire home was very comfortable and our extended family truly enjoyed the home. Great location on the canal and close to gas stations, shops and downtown Marble Falls.
The front entry stairs have broken tiles that fall off as you step on them They NEED to be taken off
This is the only way to enter & exit the home from front driveway for unloading & loading cars
The dishwasher was full off dishes only 3 towels No handtowels for 9 ladies Only 1 Toliet paper for each bath only 1 roll paper towels
