"Very dirty hotel and dirty rooms with no toilet seats. We saw a rat in the reception area and decided we could not stay there. It looks nothing like the photos. It feels more like a prison or insane asylum. We lost money and Hotels.com refunded us less than half what we paid, but I'm surprised it ..."
