"The Lodge at Uxmal is a special place just outside the entrance to the archeological site so ideal for staying at to see the sound and light show at night. The room was comfortable and clean with nice bedding and the place is set amongst trees so there are abundant birds and nature all around. Really lovely. It also has a very nice restaurant so is a great place to base exploring the Ruta Puuc from."
"Beautiful property well situated to lots of attractions (pyramids, planetarium, eco-park/museum) but the restaurant staff ranges from mostly disinterested to somewhat dishonest (pretty obviously did not bring back correct change, helping herself to a very nice tip) and as other travelers have noted elsewhere, the restaurant is overpriced for what you get.
