    Harebell Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven a dn hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining seating for four, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom and additional day bed, and a double with en-suite shower room, plus a cloakroom. Outside there is a non-enclosed front lawn with fire pit and furniture, and rear non-enclosed lawn, plus Off-road parking is available for 2 cars. Off-road parking is available for 2 cars (Please contact Sykes to let us know if you are bringing more than 1 car). Within 1.2 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.6 miles, a pub and a river, and please note this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the price. Indulge in the stunning scenery of Derbyshire and the Peak District National Park with a stay at Harebell Cottage. Day bed in king-size allows this property to sleep five. Please Note: This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights.



    The Neighborhood:

    The sleepy village of Curbar lies just below Froggatt Edge and Curbar Gap in the heart of the Peak District National Park, just a stone’s throw from the National Trust owned Longshaw Estate and less than five miles from Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. This pretty village has a collection of Peak District Millstones, a pub, a craft shop and a gallery, and is a wonderful base for walks, climbing and mountain biking. The village of Baslow with shops, pubs and restaurants is only a mile away and a further range of amenities can be found in the market town of Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District and home to the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!). Haddon Hall is close by and Alton Towers Theme Park is also within easy touring distance meaning there is plenty to enjoy from Curbar.
