"The room itself was great, clean and comfortable. The check in experience let the whole stay down. Nothing against the staff as they did their best, but the idea you have to check in using the QR code is a flawed process and it took nearly 30 minutes to get checked in which is totally unacceptable. ..."

"Check in easy,room perfect,stay A+++..transfer to the station,perfect,young gentleman helped us with cases..my only complaint is clayton airport transfer....the gentleman who.picked us up from airport at 23:00 did little to offer a couple in 60s any help with luggage,very poor effort.."

"The property was perfect and met all our needs. When we arrived we were greeted with a homemade lemon drizzle cake and freshly baked bread which was an absolute treat. Hathersage has lots of amenities including plenty of places to eat. There were lots of local walks including up to stanage edge. ..."
