"This hotel needs a remodeling. The bathroom dooor didn’t close, the floor was sticky, and a wall outlet looked like a fire hazard waiting to happen. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was fairly quiet. TV worked fine. The inside of the entrance door was dented and paint splattered. The breakfast was very weak."

"I noticed upon arrival that there was a spill near the elevator, which appeared to be a large amount of soda. A caution cone had been placed in the area to alert guests. However, the following day, prior to checkout, the cone had been removed, and the floor remained very sticky. Additionally, there was a dirty white towel discarded in the corner, which appeared to have been used to clean the spill."

"Katrina(front desk) was amazing. So courteous, helpful, Just amazing. Room is nice and spacious. Great Kitchenette area, full size fridge. Beds were comfortable. Great location. "

"It wasn’t clean and I had to change rooms 2 times. The towels looked like they had not be changed. They had hair on them and some other gross thing that looked like skin on the towel. I asked to be moved to a totally different floor because apparently the same housekeeper neglected all of the rooms on that floor. I really wanted to check out and go somewhere else however it was too late to find another place. My daughter did not sleep at all because she was so stressed by how disgusting it was. The only thing good about this hotel was that the staff and other guests were nice. I didn’t want to stress the seemingly new sweet young front desk worker so I just dealt with it. However, I felt that I should have gotten a refund because I had to change rooms so many times. The last room had decently clean towels but the floor was filthy and I was so tire that I didn’t even feel like telling the poor girl at the front so I just told her it was okay. Please don’t go unless you really don’t care about filth. If you have kids like I do you will be disgusted and bare able to give them a bath. MOMS, save yourself the stress!!!!!!!!"
