"I had a reservation for a room with two double beds. Upon arrival I was told there's none available. What's the point of a reservation? The room they put us in had a broken toilet that was leaking across the floor. Moved us to another room that was quote" and upgrade. It was absolutely filthy in the TV. Didn't work. Will never go back"

"Well the jacuzzi wasn’t working which was the prime reason for getting this property, the pool was cold. They did have a very good free breakfast buffet! No real restaurant to really speak of and the bar opened late. "

"Great location. Within walking distance to MOCA, and a few restaurants that were open during our stay. The town is post industrial and post manufacturing. Walking around MOCA is a wonderful experience in itself as much of the history of the building and surrounding area comes alive and is fascinating.The exercise room is small. Not crowded. The pool was in use most of the time we were there as the pool is used for children's swimming lessons. We didn't want to use the hot tub with a bunch of kids and parents splashing around. Good staff and very responsive. "

"Worst hotel stay I can remember and I have stayed in hotels for nearly 200 nights over the past 7 years. The hotel itself is fine and the staff nice enough but there is a club next door and they play loud music until 2:30 AM. I couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours each night because the noise from the club. And the hallway noise is terrible, slamming doors and loud people but that died down around 11:30. I have learned a painful lesson to check the businesses nearby a hotel for when they close to prevent another awful sleepless stay, And to top it off the hotel refused to refund any portion of the stay. Horrible experience, worst stay ever, never stay here again. "
