"The home is a great place to spread out and relax. Lots of balconies and a large kitchen/living room to hang out and socialize. Just up the hill from Honomu which has a few great shops and places to have lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!"

"An amazing sitting area to have my coffee and listen to the birds wake up and the waves crashing. It doesn't have an ocean view but it's about 500 feet from an ocean view. The location to two awesome beach parks can't be beat! It's only a few minutes walk to either of them, one in each direction. Plus other parks are within a few minutes drive. About 10 minutes to airport, Walmart, farmer's market, pretty much anything downtown. There was lots of information (books, pamphelets, magazines)...

"Quiet, farm, coqui frogs at night and the occasional pig eating plants by your window. This place had all the extras that guests might've forgotten, beach towels, snorkel gear, flashlights for lava tubes! Kitchenette had basics, plus coffee. Full kitchen was beautiful! A half-mile from the main road, and 15 minutes from Hilo. Phenomenal value for the money spent! Owners think of everything!"

"The cottage and the property are both beautiful. The location is a great with a nice view of the ocean when you are at the edge of the property. The dogs in the kennels do occasionally bark at night and ear plugs came in handy. Most of the time they are quiet and the sounds of the frogs and crickets were so peaceful and amazing. Having morning coffee outside while gazing at the palm trees and listening to the birds was a favorite of ours. Enjoyed the delicious banana bread and fruit."
