As of June 2025, the building's long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.
HOW TO GET HERE: From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING: Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS: You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS: There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM: Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Family had a great stay, with lots of room for 3 of us. Enjoyed having kitchen for the duration of our stay and very comfortable, everything you need provided. Building was safe and once we decided to park near the top of the parking garage it was easier to get in and out. Would recommend, will return. Thank you!
My family of four adults stayed here for a full week. Excellent location, great host communication, and clean! Free parking is included! Two minute walk to the beach!Recommendation if you're driving is to come and go via Kuhio and Kapahulu. It's the easiest way to get out of Waikiki and come back to the parking garage.
Very close to beach and all sorts of attractions, entertainment, and dining options. Parking is very convenient and easy. Only cons are that the elevators were incredibly slow and you have to purchase your own paper towels and toilet paper when you run out.
The location of the property was nestled in a perfect location. Easy to get on the freeway, easy to walk to all downtown areas, and easy to get to the beach. the view was AMAZING! Having the parking place for our car rental was stress free. The kids enjoyed the pool. Would recommend for families.
For property worked out great for my family and I. Everything was clean and all the amenities were awesome for us. My 3 and 5 year old thoroughly enjoyed the pool and playground. Restaurants were within walking distance. There was even free 4 hour visitor parking which is so rare in Waikiki. We hope to visit this property agsin!
Loved our stay. Family of 5 - pretty cozy but fit all of us. Coffee pot carafe was broken upon arrival but they replaced it ASAP. Dishwasher falls out and needs to be mounted better. Near everything which is super convenient!
It was a great stay. Location is close to everything. Balcony view is amazing, you can see bit of beach scene which was nice. The only few thing is TV remote wasn’t working properly and had glitch so we barely used the TV. Doesn’t have AC access to the bedroom so if you close the door you won’t be able to feel cool air when you are sleeping
This place is updated and beautiful with a fabulous view. Check in and check out was super easy and it was really nice to have parking and be so close to the beach. We would definitely want to stay here again.
