Parking in Waikiki can be challenging and costly, but our guests enjoy secure 24-hour parking in a building just across the street — at no extra charge. (Comparable parking at nearby hotels costs $45–$50 per day, if available.)
If you’re not driving, Lyft, Uber, and taxis are easily available within minutes. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away, with excellent public transportation (“TheBus”) that can take you all over the island. You can also explore Waikiki with the Waikiki Trolley or rent a car, bicycle, moped, or motorcycle within a few minutes’ walk.
CLEANING - BEDDING
For your health and safety, we strictly follow CDC’s Enhanced Cleaning Protocol. The condo is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected 24 hours before each check-in, and hand sanitizer is provided.
All linens — including bath and beach towels, fitted sheets, bed sheets, quilts, and pillow shams — are replaced and freshly washed after every stay.
LOCATION
Our property features louvre windows outside and soundproof (anti-noise) windows inside each bedroom, plus darkening curtains for restful sleep.
Please note: the building is located near an intersection in the heart of Waikiki, a lively area full of energy and attractions. While we’ve minimized noise as much as possible, some city sounds may still be heard — this is part of the vibrant Waikiki experience!
The building is older but well-maintained, with 24/7 on-site security. The apartment itself was renovated in 2024.
The building’s main entrance on McCully st has eleven steps. The back entrance on Ala Wai Blvd is accessible for people who may be challenged by stairs. We loved being able to walk to Waikiki Beach with the wagon full of thoughtfully provided beach gear. And we were right next door to terrific food trucks. Very convenient, and the hosts have numerous nice touches in their decor and hospitality. Thank you!
The place was fantastic! It was so nice to have such a comfortable space. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and the check in/ check out was seamless. Walking distance to the beach and lots of great places to eat.
The property is very welcoming, accomodating, and pretty perfect for traveling. My family and I stayed for a week and all we really needed was to buy food since we cooked most of our stay. The food trucks were very convenient also! A really nice location since its downtown and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. It was very well supplied. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommended!

Loan and Lewis were fantastic hosts. They really went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. We had difficulty sleeping because of the street noise and they came and set up alternate window coverings which was helpful. The unit is very central and had everything that we needed. From the moment we arrived, our hosts ( Loan and Lewis) were attentive to our every need. The condo was appointed with more than just the basics for a comfortable stay and whenever I had a question or request they responded immediately. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts!

Family of four stayed in this well equipped, centrally located property (10 min walk from Waikiki beach, 20 mins from Ala Moana centre). Building and parking felt very secure and the unit had everything we needed. The king size bed for us and separate beds for the kids was a treat. Owners were really responsive and helpful and clearly wanted people to be comfortable. Like others noted, the surroundings are very noisy, mostly due to loud vehicles on the main roads - perhaps pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper. That’s not the fault of the owners, but the reality of being in the centre of a city.
Cozy apartment with great location and free parking FTW!
Location was a big hit for this stay. Lots to do within walking distance and free parking nearby for everything that wasn’t. Thought the street and pool noose would bother us but everyone slept like a baby. A/C in the rooms kept us cool when we needed it. Plenty of beach stuff to use if you want and nearby 7-Eleven and grocery for the kitchen. Mahalo!
This is such a great apartment. It has everything and is well stocked. It had Christmas decorations which made it very special. The location is perfect with walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The private parking spot across the road is amazing. No need to look for parking. As it is in the middle of the city, do expect some noise at night.
The hosts are a delight. For the price, this was a heck of a deal. The building feels very safe, the amenities are lovely.A few things to note, this is Waikiki. It's loud. The windows are the slat type so expect ocean breezes to blow the blinds around. We had quite a few late night wake ups due to unexpected noises.That said, if you're looking for a budget friendly apartment that is close to ALL Waikiki has to offer, this is an excellent option.
Our group of five adults enjoyed an amazing eight days at this condo near Waikiki Beach in Honolulu. The property manager, Loan, was very quick to respond to our calls when we lost power (due to an explosion of faulty electrical equipment across the street within minutes of our arrival), and when the spring on our door broke she sent a maintance man who responded within an hour. The lanai was a great place to sit and watch people each day, and many places to eat, shop, and enjoy were within walking distance.
We had been stationed on Oahu from 2008-2012. We discussed returning in 2021 when our oldest graduated high school; however, due to Covid, we were unable to keep this plan, and went when our youngest graduated just this May.
It felt like coming home.
The condo was spacious enough for the four of us to spread out, close enough that we walked most everywhere, and knowing it had an assigned parking spot made the decision to rent a car financially sound.
We had the best time while on island, will not wait another 12 years to return, and would definitely stay at the condo again, if it is available.

Perfect location on a very nice one way street, I walked everywhere, so convenient.Parking spot across the street was great, my 2 sons live here so they were able to park when visiting me or when picking me up…the hosts were available via VRBO and responded to messages almost immediately, although I didn’t need to bother them as the check-in instructions were clear and simple. I started a month and it felt like home. The bed was so comfortable I slept better than at home even with some noise…excellent experience.Also we could see the Waikiki fireworks on Friday nights perfectly from the back balconyThank you so much Loan and Lewis
Had a great time staying at Waikiki Cozy Apartment. Love having the food trucks so close and to be able to walk to everything in the Waikiki area. I agree with other guest that said the street noise is loud, but we wear ear plugs so we slept fine. Our host were amazing, always checking in and making sure everything was perfect.
