Includes a dock on the marina, kayak, SUP, surf board, beach gear, pool and clubhouse/ gym access, large park in back, mountain views. You can walk to restaurants, bars, beaches, shopping, hikes, more. Minimum 1 month rental period regardless of length of stay per local codes and condo rules. Will work with you on dates around the holidays. This is intended as a longer term furnished rental unit but is open now for booking in Nov / Dec. Condo house rules apply for quiet hours after 10pm/11pm weekends. Pets OK.
