Wonderful studio in the midst of everything!
Lovely studio minutes from beach, shopping, restaurants. Water view from the balcony. Responsive hosts. Would definitely stay there again. Could use a fan in the bathroom to cut down on moisture.

Great view, great pool and great location of hotel
This is a cute little property with a balcony that has a view of the ocean. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived. You don't have to wait for an elevator very long and there are only a couple rooms on each floor. Nice boutique hotel that is only a short walk to the beach! Thank-you!

Cute retro hotel
The pool area was really quaint, comfortable and private. The restaurant at the pool serves delicious meals. Quick walk to Waikiki beach and close to shopping, restaurants etc. room was smaller than pictured and could use some updates. Bed was comfortable.

Our room was clean on arrival, very small, tight quarters, only 2 sets of towels for the week , 1 tea towel, no dish towels no cleaners , other than dish soap, but the location was great, close to the beach and shopping

Would Stay Again
Nice little room high above the street - quiet. Loved the shady pool area and just right temp hot tub. Little restaurant with basic good food opens at 5, but with no drinks. You bring your own. Slow elevator at times with only one working at a time. Great location with main Waikiki Beach a couple of blocks away and the bus stop across the street. Purchase a HOLO pass at the closest 7-Eleven (cash only) to make riding easier!

nice stay
We were very please with our stay. The microwave broke but was replaced the next day! Also we needed a broom and dust pan again received the next day very good service! The Front desk was so friendly and helped us with all queries! The bed could use a topper could feel the springs The pool area was great! Dinner at the pool not recommended over priced not good service i but there are tons of other places to eat close by! The beach was a easy walk 2 blocks! really nice price too!

Location location, but the place needs some love
The location was the best part, but this apartment needs some love and maintenance. Ceiling is dirty, and on the first night a live cochroach scurried by. The bathtub doesnt drain. The kitchenete also was in pretty bad shape with a rocking refrigerator. All could be remedied with a good cleaning and some new paint or fix a few things. Wasnt convenient to do laundry due to the host leaving on set of sheets for a week long stay. One elevator down the entire week made for a slow journey up with an almost full building. Pool and hot tub are enjoyable though, and we could walk everywhere.

Nice place at a good price
The unit is a basic hotel room with mini-kitchenette, a comfortable bed and a small lanai. Not much of a view, but this is a great place to sleep and is in a convenient location to enjoy the Waikiki area. Also, the building has a nice pool and tiki bar. The owner has equipped the unit with beach towels and beach chairs, and even a cooler for guests to use. It was a perfect place for a couple to enjoy Waikiki.

Great location and atmosphere!
Communication with the property manager was great, and the location of the hotel was perfect for us! So close to the beach and shopping and food. The room itself was great too for the price comapred to others in the area. We enjoyed the AC. We thought the bed had a good amount of support and we liked it. We didn't use the stove as we didn't end up needing it, but the fridge was really useful.

Location was great! close to everything you need. beach was only a 5 minute walk. plenty of food options close by. was a little disappointed not hearing from the vrbo team at all. not even just checking in to see how our stay was.the bed was not very comfortable, but amenities were fine. nice to have a hot tub to use after a long walking day.

Location is great with a short walk to the beach and many restaurants and food trucks nearby. Loved using the beach chairs and cooler. Comfy bed and the place was small yet cozy.

Went to the front desk to ask for shampoos, towels, and toilet paper and was told I couldn’t get them from them and to contact the property manager. I never received any instructions on this or was ever contacted by the property managers to see if we needed anything. Not even a welcome or anything. We went out and bought toilet paper, shampoos, and towels! Great job guys!

Great Condo location
This little condo is great for 4-5 day stay. A slice of the ocean can bee seen from the bank on y and it is only a couple blocks away. Extras like beach towels and chairs were a pleasant surprise. The bathroom / hall could use another couple towel racks or hooks.

At one time this hotel I believe was a nice place to stay One block off the ocean Nice very small pool area Shaded by larger buildings The place now need some love or a lot of love. Very dated Very out dated But beats the $1,000 a night places Location can’t be beat Local eating places within walking distance On bus line to go to diamond head

First time in Hawaii
This review is for room 1203, as our booking was changed at the last minute. The room was spacious. I loved that it had a kitchenette equipped with basics for cooking easy meals. I also enjoyed that they provided beach towels, beach chairs, and body surfing boards. The stand-alone shower needs some TLC; it wasn’t dirty, it’s just old and could use some detailing. Very conveniently located 2blocks from beach, 1.5 blocks from an ABC store. Overall, an excellent experience.

Nice little room near everything
I'll be honest our first impression upon entering the room was negative - room was warm, furniture was worn, and an off smell in the room. However once we turned down the AC and let it cool off/air out the room was great...you don't spend much time in it so as along as the bed is comfortable and the temp is as well it was great. Hey its no 5 star hotel, but for them money and location it is well worth it. Would we come back and stay here again...a definite yes!

Great location. Close to beach and stores including the grocery store. We like to cook so we used the barbecue several times. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room isnt big but it had all we needed. Would stay here again.

Une propriété bien située
L'avantage numéro 1 de cette propriété c'est l'emplacement! Au coeur de waikiki tout se fait à distance de marche. La chambre est un peu petite surtout accompagnée d'un bébé. L'absence de fan/fenêtre dans la salle de bain est aussi un enjeu. Sinon la chambre est assez propre et le prix est avantageux. C'est assez confortable si on y passe seulement 1 nuit ou 2. Le propriétaire est très gentil et répond rapidement.
