    Our newest Royal Garden Studio! Off the beaten path (yet close walk to everything), this ocean view condo is an end unit, and where you want to be! A sunrise view to start the day from the east mountains and Diamond Head in one suite, that stretches out past Ala Moana and West for postcard sunsets in another suite!! There is bathroom, veranda to relax, a small yet efficient kitchen, valet parking (for a fee), and did we mention the views? Bedroom overlooks the Ala Wai canal as well, where guests can watch the canoe races or stroll along the canal with the Ko'olau Mountains as a backdrop! Feel at home with central a/c, cable TV, and FREE high speed internet! It is a short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

    Ali'i Beach Rentals guests who stay at the Royal Garden at Waikiki, which is a Wyndham property, are invited to take advantage of the fitness centre, relax at the outdoor pool & garden area after a full day of playing in paradise after registering with the front desk.

    The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. You're a mere stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Centre or Hawaii Convention centre is in walking distance. Lounge around and enjoy the panoramic ocean views, walk down the street to your favourite Waikiki restaurant, or spend a lazy afternoon just lounging on the beach. This location has it all!

Great location. Easy to walk to nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy and smooth. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. The AC does not cool down the room well so we did find it quite warm in the room. Overall we were really happy with the room, just wished the AC unit worked better.

Great and quiet stay, walking distance from Waikiki Beach. The listing is located in a great hotel with a beautiful lobby and nice amenities. The place itself has a nice kitchen area with all the cooking necessities included. Overall, great value for the money spent! Would recommend to others!

Near-perfect place to stay while attending a conference

Handy location, very clean, tidy and well-equipped. And I like the quirky ornate furniture. Knocked off one star because it doesn't really have a lanai. It's too narrow to put a proper chair on, let alone a table or a recliner. But that's a detail. I'll definitely hope to stay here again.

Great location

The location is great. Easy to get around. The only trouble we had was the coffee pot didn’t go off as programmed and the remote control would turn TV on but no volume control and it would not turn it off.

Wonderful stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and very very friendly staff. The unit was so very comfortable and the view was excellent. The nice kitchen has everything you need. The location was perfect for us. We took bikes to Safeway and got food to barbecue and greatly enjoyed the barbecue by the pool. The pool also was warm and wonderful and there is a lawn to enjoy the sun. We also appreciated using the sauna. so we have the black one right here. This was an excellent deal and we would definitely stay here again!!

This condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more for a convenient stay. Just a 5 minute walk to all of the Waikiki shops and restaurants, and a little ABC store just down the block, the room itself was quiet and had a great view of the city and mountains. We were able to pick up a few grocery items and enjoy our morning coffee in the room as we planned our days. The laundry room onsite was a great addition and if I had realized how easy it would be to run a load of clothes, I could have packed about a third of what I brought! The owners included almost anything you could think of and it was a low stress visit because of this home away from home. Highly recommend-

The kitchen is well supplied with appliances and dinnerware for cooking. The table for two and desk were both very practical. You can see the ocean through the high rises but if you want to enjoy sunrise I recommend walking the 10 minutes to the beach or catching the sunset with a cocktail at MonkeyPod.
