This charming studio nested on 35th floor of the Hawaiian Monarch building is your perfect place to enjoy your Waikiki vacation! With awesome views of mountains and canal, the condo comes with a queen bed, a full bath and a kitchen that includes an induction cooktop, a microwave and a full-size refrigerator. The most favorited dining and shopping establishments and the exciting entertainment and night life of Waikiki are all in easy walking distance. This unit #3506B was completely remodeled in November. A Beautyrest Silver BRS900 queen bed comes with premium quality linens for the comfort of two. A 20"x40" desk and a 24"x40" build-in counter provide separate work spaces for two. Smart TV/ Cable TV and high speed WIFI connection up to 100M are included. Keycards in lobby lockbox for guests self-check in. The unit shares a small private entryway with adjoining unit #3506A on the right.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Get your keycard from lock box in Lower Lobby (LL) level. Check in instructions will be provided a day before your check in. You will need the keycard to operate the elevators on the right side to reach 35th floor and into the room. In case the keycard is not functioning, please stop by at the security office (LL) before 5PM or security desk (L) after 5PM to reprogram the key.
The building provides 24hr security guards and security cameras on every hallway, entry way, and elevator for your peace of mind.
Luggage storage service is provided by security office on the lower lobby (LL) level for $5 each bag, CASH ONLY.
Concierge/activity booth and 808 Smart Car Rentals are on the upper lobby (L). They rent Smart Cars, Surfboards, Beach Chairs & Umbrellas, Coolers, etc., and lots of Island Activities/Tours!
You will receive up to 50% parking discount if you rent a car from 808 Smart Car Rentals inside the building. Otherwise the building garage charges $45 for a single day pass or $40/day for multiple days pass and it is CASH ONLY. Shared scooters and bikes are just outside the building.
Parking along the Ala Wai Canal (right behind the building) is free but a space may be hard to find.

It’s a nice studio, very clean and a well equipped kitchen. The location was good. It was a little bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was great for what we needed it.
This was one of the most reasonably priced places with a kitchenette that wasn't a hostel in Oahu. It came with a few beach items that came in really handy like chairs, boogey board and floaties. The pool was great after spending a day on the beach and they had hot tubs and a bbq area which is great way to save some money. They also had a gym which was 5 for the stay and offered a 5/bag storage fee for the last day which allowed us to enjoy the beach before flying out on the red eye. the location is a bit of a walk to the beach but we didnt mind and rented a car so only went to the beach in waikiki the first and last day, its a little to busy for us. Parking is a nightmare and expensive everywhere. There is an in house car rental there where you can save some money with discounted parking rate, 7/11 is a block away along with the food truck market. In house bakery, small store, restaurants all in the building. This is your best option if your exploring the island.
