We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There is also a small market right next to the hotel so it's easy to purchase a few items for use in the kitchen. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was wonderful overlooking some of the city and the ocean and the bed was so very comfortable. We loved lounging by the pool and the service poolside was amazing. The hotel is only about two blocks from the beach and is surrounded by places to shop and wonderful dining options. The staff helped us rent a wheelchair that was easy to maneuver around the property and also fit well in our room. Highly recommend staying here.

This was my second time visiting The Ritz there. Comparing it to the first time, this time I felt I’m not at the same location. It was in the beginning of September and it looked like people working there were still overwhelmed from the busy summer. Everyone was kinda cold and lost a personal touch. Maybe they were understaffed. Definitely not my problem!!! They also changed the signature RC toiletries. Towels looked worn out and felt rough and scratchy. 5 star hotel…. No way Jose!

The lobby view was amazing. Though unfortunate, wanted to try Sushi Shio in the hotel but was unable to reach them by phone for a whole month to book a reservation

Beautiful view of city and ocean. Clean room. If something was missing/not working/needed, it was taken care of Immediately. Great poolside and infinity pool. 5-7 min wall to beach and it was right along main shopping street.

I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago and that was why I came back. However, the stay this time was unfortunately not as good as last time. I think there is a problem with internal communication through the lobby desk, concierge, to housekeeping as I’ve asked a few times for the sofa bed, but our sofa was never serviced to be a bed during the stay. Also, we only received 2 complimentary chocolates on the first day and never for the rest. I'm only pointing these 2 out because the rest was as amazing as our previous stay it is such a shame! I still love this hotel and I would definitely come back when I am in Waikiki next time.

Our only minor complaint was the pool areas (one for “adults only” and one for “family”) were comparatively small given the large scale of the properties. It resulted in crowded lounging conditions, with not much shade protection. But overall the hotel is fantastic, with unrivalled service. We stayed on the Vacations side and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Would return in a heartbeat.
