This condo is located on the 18th floor of the Ilikai Hotel.
Most sought after and in a SPECTACULAR location with views of the Pacific Ocean overlooking the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor! Imagine waking up to the beautiful and calming view of the ocean and relax with a cocktail as the sun sets over the yacht harbor. You'll never forget the amazing ocean views you'll see when preparing meals from the kitchen.

Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 3/30/2026 - 4/10/2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in January 2027

AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours. Ilikai 1806

Another wonderful stay at the Ilikai and this unit will be saved on my return list! Lots of drawer, cabinet and closet space. Thermal drapes kept the hot sun out in afternoon. The view was great and higher unit kept it quiet. Loved the 360 view from Pesca on top floor and extensive menu as well as nightcap bar. Sad we only made it there once. We had a perfect week of weather and the trade winds helped! Morning walks to aka moana and magic island were just enough workout for me! There’s a new food truck spot nearby, charter house was yummy higher end and live music Friday. Outback is closed. Mahalo!

Wonderful view and relaxing vacation

We loved our studio from the minute we walked in and saw the large room, perfect kitchen and large lanai with an amazing view of the Ali Wai Yacht Harbor and the ocean.

Happy in Honolulu

We were so happy with this Ilikai perch. This is the quiet end of Waikiki and we always stay on this end. The space was exactly as represented in the listing photos.It wasn’t perfect but vacation rentals rarely are.

STUNNING views! A gem!

Very comfortable and updated condo. Views are breathtaking. 18th floor and quiet. 2 beds in the same area as living area and kitchen. All open space but totally comfy. Would definitely recommend and definitely return!

Beautiful location overlooking marina and the ocean. Ocean is literally few steps down. The building itself is very comfortable, it has a couple of small shops, gym, an ice-cream place, a restaurant and a lot of other useful services. Nice clean unit with AC and full kitchen. Beds are clean and comfortable. Fridge is big enough is you are with your family and planning to pick up some groceries and cook dinner. Just don't forget to buy salt and pepper and cooking oil )))

Not a one bedroom

It’s one room not a one bedroom. Minimal amenities, not even salt and pepper. No cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap for one load. I guess my expectations were too high for over $500 a night. The towels and linens need replacing. Oh one last issue, take a look at the vent in the bathroom.

Gorgeous view and great location

The view was amazing. We really enjoyed staying here. Its only a few steps from the beach and further away from the crowded Waikiki area but close enough to walk there if needs to . The only complaint we have was the lack of supplies. For a 6 night stay for 4 people, we were provided with 1 load of dishwasher soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 partial roll of paper towel, 1 set of bath towels. No beach towels, bath towels replacement, nor laundry detergent provided. Though the view made up for these shortcomings.

Amazing Place

Fantastic location with great views and very friendly staff. Room on 18th floor was brilliant. Close walking distance to shops and nightlife. Family holiday enjoyed by all. Look forward to our next visit.
