This property is ideally located for shopping, eating, and site seeing. We discovered several tourist tour pick up location was a the Ross store across the street. The restaurant downtown is amazingly delicious! The property balconies are wonderful for morning coffee and just relaxing in the Hawaiian air. There was plenty of space for my husband and I to enjoyed being in the space, it is inviting, comfortable, and offers all the amenities we were looking for during our stay Ms. Orly is a fabulous host that was kind and helpful. We look forward to staying again!!!

Street noise
The place was great. 17th floor corner with nice views - both mountain and ocean. Nice walk to beach and everything else. Many restaurants close by. We like having the windows/sliding doors open but there was a lot of street noise, often past midnight,

Ideal location, convenient to Da Bus, shopping, a myriad cuisine choices + 2 blocks to the beach. Orly and the building staff is so supportive & accommodating; I considered her condo my Hawaiian home for a couple wks, will stay here again when on Oahu.

Outdated but great location
GREAT LOCATION: 0.2 miles from the beach, restaurants in the same builing, steps from a small restaurant and so many convenient stores, food trucks, shopping centers, and bus stops within walking distance. QUICK RESPONSE: The owner quickly responded before and during our stay. SPACIOUS: Enough space for 2 people, BUT tight for us 5 CONS: Musty odor in condo, no bathroom exhaust fan, bed is approx 3 feet high, broken folding bed, dirty floor and cabinets, 1 cockroach in kitchen cabinet, outdated furnitures broken drawers/bed/sliding door CONVENIENT: $25/day parking under the building and space is right by the building door entrance. WATER AND A/C: Hot water is still available even after 3 people taking a shower. Strong pressure. A/C unit works fine and opening your sliding doors brings in a lot of cool wind SECURE: Key fob needed to get into the building lobby, door from parking structure, and to use the elevators to get to your floor. CON: ONLY ONE KEY FOB. IF your family have different agendas, you have to coordinate coming in and out of the buidling/floor during your stay. 2 SMALL BALCONIES: Both facing the street, buildings, partial view of ocean and the mountain. AMMENITIES: Available laundry room, beach chairs (1 chair is broken),beach umbrella, noodle, snorkle gears, water shoes, picnic mats. CON: Although not a must-have, no complimentary water bottle available when you arrive, limited towels for 5, left over shampoo/conditioner, and soap and lotion in a dispenser

Nice spot
Outstanding location between Kuhio and beach. Great restaurants/amenities on Kuhio. Comfy bed, beach chairs a plus, amenities are good! Building is older. Draw pulls on bedside tables have fallen off and not replaced, cushions on chairs need replacing, a little TLC and a few extra dollars invested in this unit are needed.

Convenient location in Waikiki
I stayed at this location for a soccer tournament in Hawaii. The unit is as advertised, comfortable and located near lots of options on Kuhio. I liked the security, having to use a key fob to access the elevator lets you know that only those who should be there are. The parking was very easy on the ground floor if you need it. The unit was well equipped. My only complaints would be the location is very noisy and pans were not non-stick, more like super-stick. I almost bought some new pans for the unit. All in all it's fine for one or two people but know it's a 10 minute walk to the beach if that matters.

Everything was perfect. Location in the heart of Waikiki, 7 minute walk to beach. The double balcony was great, 17th floor ocean and mountain views. You can literally dial in the breeze by adjusting the sliding doors. I haven't slept that well in years. The decor was beautiful. Track lights elegantly light the art on the walls. You will not be disappointed.

Great Waikiki condo
We had a great stay at this Waikiki condo. Perfect location, with great views from 2 separate large balconies. The studio has a nice kitchen, with washer and dryer just down the hallway. The owner was great with communication, and provided us with a pack and play for our infant daughter. We hope to be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed would definitely go back.
Nicely decorated definitely beats a hotel room and probably cheaper than the national chains. Some have mentioned the street noise, yes you can hear the street but I opened both sliding doors and enjoyed the breeze. It was wonderful. Very little noise from the fellow guests. Just a block off of Kalākaua and a block from the canal. Lots of restaurants and shopping, although I was there on business. Orly was very responsive to any questions and she would email me asking if everything was okay. The cleaning fee and security deposit was very reseanable. I stayed at a condo at the Ilikai prior to moving here, I now know how much overpriced the Ilikai was on their cleaning and security. Thank you Orly for everything I will definitely look you up again if I return.

Great location! Everything we needed right outside the front door!
Owner is very friendly and has a very nice place. The place had two great views off of two different balconies. Everything you needed was in walking distance and the beach was only a few minutes away! Couldn’t ask for more of our vacation.

Great location! So much to see and do right out the front door.
We had such a wonderful vacation and highly recommend this place. It is on the 17th floor which was cool to be able to look out from so high. There are two balcony porch areas and they each over look different areas (beach/mountain) so that was cool. Mountain side is gorgeous at night! We found some amazing restaurants right out the front door that we highly recommend (Crackin’ Kitchen-get the dessert too!!, Zigu (the macadamia app -amazing), Izakaya Pau Hana Base (get to make your own cotton candy after dinner). We are foodies so we love new restaurants with creative menus. The ocean is beautiful as well as the views from the ocean. Some activities we recommend that we loved- xtreme parasailing, turtle canyon snorkel cruise, Hanauma Bay, Polynesian cultural center (but do keep in mind that this activity takes a Whole day-so if not willing to part with a whole day I’d look into an evening luau at least), Pearl Harbor (Oahu-must do!-extremely emotional but amazing), also we booked a few of our activities through Groupon at a great discount! So keep in mind!! Enjoy your trip! You won’t be disappointed! Also, we did not need a car! Everything is at your doorstep and if it’s not all the activities we booked included shuttle service! We used Uber to get to and from airport as well as to and from rainforest. The rest of the activities had shuttle service! Overall highly recommend this place. Clean! Hard floors! Washer,dryer available in hall (we were a little confused with loading card for washer dryer-loading area is in mailroom!!!). Never used pool as it does close early 7pm. Much rather be on the beach during day! Thanks again for a great stay!

Walking distance to beach and shops. Close bus stops for traveling around the island. The owner is very responsive to all requests and very easy to communicate with. The building staff is also friendly and helpful. It can be noisy, especially on the weekends, but I would describe it as mostly white noise from traffic.

The property location was perfect. Centrally located on the strip.
Only thing was we were there when the winds kicked up. It was very noisy at night, which can't be helped given the apartment is pretty high in the highrise. Also the place is super cute. They was a little trouble in getting the check in materials, but the host was super accommodating.

Great Studio
I stayed in this comfy studio apartment nine nights and was very happy. It's large for a studio, has full kitchen and great updated bathroom/shower. The very best part is the location just two blocks from Kalakaua Ave (the main drag), and on the corner of Kuhio. Can walk to everything, shopping, high end hotels, and the beach. The only drawback is the noise from the street, but it's worth overlooking this considering all the other positives. There is also a partial ocean view from the lanai.

Great for first timers!!
This property is as advertised in the pictures and description. It is right in the heart of the downtown Waikiki, and close to any amenities you could need. About a 5 min walk to the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helped to make my first time visiting Hawaii a smooth one. I'm looking forward to my next stay!! The building is very quiet, although downtown Waikiki is very loud itself, so be prepared for street noise to simmer down closer to 3AM. People I met staying in hotels in Waikiki found the same issue with street noise, so staying at big hotel won't make a difference. You won't regret staying here!! Review left by Matt C. Very cute, cozy condo in the heart of Waikiki. Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean view. ( 2 balconies) Close to everything , the beach is closer than it looks in the pics, 5 minute walk max. Great restaurants close by. Has everything you'd need for an extended holiday. Condo totally redone, fridge & stove. We were extremely comfortable here, definitely felt like home. Secure building. Highly recommend this property.
