    -Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
    -Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

The rental was is in very good condition. They included equipment that let us cook in the unit. It was clean and we felt welcome. The view is beautiful especially at dawn. Just keep the shades closed during the morning or it gets hot. The outdoor space was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out there.There are a bunch of amenities on the property itself so it was very convenient. The pool area is very nice and even has cabanas that are free with first come first served. It is also within walking distance of pretty much anything you need and right off the bus line.

The view was as pictured: direct view of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach off to the left. Nice.The AC struggled to keep the room cool. You need to keep the curtains closed during the day to make it work.Bed was comfortable. Kitchen minimal, but more than adequate.

Overall, great stay. Perfect location and very convenient. I wish you didn’t have to pay for the gym and the parking was pretty expensive but other than that I would totally rent here again.

Surfers and Volcanos

The views from the Island Colony condo were amazing. We could see surfers from the balcony and Diamond Head was front and center! It is very close to Waikiki beach, shopping, restaurants, and our tour bus pick-ups were just a couple blocks away at Ross Dress for Less. Everything we needed for a great beach day was in the condo so we only needed to grab and go. Definitely recommend this condo.

Condo was clean and great! Amazing views. The hallways of condo need to be redone so was scared at first because the entrance is so nice and the lobby, then saw hallway and thought condo maybe the same but it wasn’t and was nicely renovated. Only issue was there was only 1 fork. Otherwise tons of towels, shampoo condition body wash hand soap provided. Dish soap as well. Would highly recommend for a couple or a family with only 1 or 2 small kids as the room is pretty small.

We stayed on the 42nd floor so we had a pretty good view of the area. The neighbourhood is pretty convenient and it is close to all the major malls with lots of restaurant. The downside is the AC is very noisy that affected our sleep. Also there is very little outlets around the room. Overall we had a good experience.

Great place to stay. A short walk to Waikiki beach. Abc stores abound but also close to marketplace. Local bus stop 2 min walk. Can catch that to Walmart. Away from main bustle of downtown Waikiki, but sirens still are frequent. Easy access to hotel, pool quite nice. Local shop on pool deck which was handy. Great to come home each day and see the ocean and Diamond head. Kitchen was very extensive although compact. Had everything you need for pasta, stirfry and simple meals.

The view from the lanai is breathtaking and inspired us to do the hike up to Diamond Head (which I highly recommend). We were not expecting to use the pool because Waikiki Beach was only 3 blocks away, but we ended up going to the pool and hot tub daily because both are large and very well maintained. The store on the 6th floor and diner in the lobby were also really convenient. The kitchen area is quite small, so not recommended for big-meal production, but was useful in that we did not need to eat out every meal in expensive Waikiki. Alii Beach Rental customer service staff was helpful and quick to reply whenever I contacted them during our stay.

The location is convenient, the room well-equipped with a beautiful view. However, due to the building's age, street noise is audible even with windows closed. The view and location are excellent for the price, and check-in instructions were clear, making the process smooth. There was a day-long water outage in another room, raising concerns about notification if it were to affect my room. WiFi details were provided, but only the password was included without the network name, which could be improved for guests' convenience.Overall great!

Stay in Waikiki

The apartment was clean and it was in a great walkable location with a beautiful view of Diamond Head, golf course and the city. It was a little smaller than we thought. The bathroom was so small it was nearly impossible for 2 people to be there at the same time which wasn’t really convenient when you’re trying to get ready quicker. Unfortunately, the windows did not have protection against noise. We heard every single noise from the outside and it was especially annoying at night when we heard people yelling. Also, when it was windy outside we heard and felt it. We discovered that the windows were like glass blinds and not like regular windows and that’s why we heard every noise. We didn’t sleep a single night without interruptions. Even though everything else was great we would not stay there again because we were like zombies for our whole stay and we needed sleep to have energy to enjoy our dream vacation and discover the island.

The host checking us in was the only rude person we encountered on the whole island. He assumed I knew exactly how to check in and that I had our room number memorised which I hadn’t. We had just had a rough trip on the freeways of Hawaii which are a nightmare for an inexperienced driver in this type of congestion. A little kindness could have gone a long way.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was one mechanical issue and Ali’i responded positively immediately. The only issue I had was the floor was dirty and I had to wash my feet before heading out. I did sweep sand I brought in accidentally a few times but was not prepared to wash the floors while on my vacation. This is something easily addressed by the cleaning crew.
