All that Honolulu & Waikiki have to offer are just a short walk from Discovery Bay Center. Conveniently located at the Gateway to Waikiki at Waikiki Beach, near Ala Moana Shopping Center & Beach Park, the Hawaii Convention Center and the Hilton Lagoon.
Day Activities can include snorkeling & surfing at Waikiki Beach, taking a boat cruise from the Ala Wai Harbor or Shopping at world famous Ala Moana Shopping Center.

This Luxury Condominium is close to Downtown Honolulu. Corporate clients wishing to stay here are ten minutes from the office. Parks, Beaches, Shopping Mall, Restaurants, Bus Stop, Rental Cars, Waikiki Night Life, Tours all within Walking Distance. Taxes & cleaning extra. Completely Furnished.

Fully equipped and very clean. WIFI, Parking, Pool, Security, Work Out Room, Sauna, Utilities, BBQ, AC Included.

Condos are professionally managed and maintained. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in our condos or lanais and will result in loss of the deposit.

Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.
Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Great spacious condo in an amazing location!

We had an amazing holiday stay here! My boyfriend and I spent Christmas through New Year’s Eve at this condo, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. It had everything we needed—unlike many other options we looked at. The kitchen and living area were well-equipped and comfortable, and the spacious bedroom had a lovely balcony with a partial view of the water. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was nice!The condo also had great amenities, including a washer and dryer, reliable Wi-Fi, and free parking. The property manager was incredibly responsive, even on Christmas Eve, when we had a couple of questions.The location was perfect: a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The area felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, it was an excellent experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!
