The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave parking pass on the table. Otherwise we charge $75 for taking or losing the pass.
Turn fan and AC off.
Close all doors and lock lanai door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The property is about 530 sq ft. and access is a self check-in keypad with a passcode before your travel dates. Parking pass if you lose it is $50.
It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and protection of your children and be attentive of them at all times. Do not let them in the lanai.
Be mindful of construction and the elevator can be slow during busy times. The pool and hot tub are CLOSED. Out of our control.

Great location. With beautiful city, mountain and a partial view of Waikiki Beach. It’s just a short walk to the beach and Kalākaua Ave, with endless shopping, nightlife, and dining options nearby. Free parking is a plus. The condo itself is spacious and well-equipped.The host was exceptionally responsive and welcoming. We loved living here during our stay.

Very nice stay view was great. They wouldn’t allow me to park our rental car Ford expedition on-site. Finding parking was a huge issue. There is zero street parking and I had to walk long distances or pay for parking at other garages. Beware that the garage is small and won’t allow SUV’s.
