The Regency on Beachwalk is a secure building just a few minutes' walk to great restaurants like BLT Steak Waikiki, Roy's, Ruth's Chris, Hard Rock Café, great night life, great surfing and fun in the sun! Coin-operated washers/dryers on 2nd and 7th floors. Although there is no pool at this location, you are just a block to the beach!

It was a nice stay. Overall great! Clean, great location! The pillows were too firm and high for me, and the mattress was uneven, but I was still able to sleep okay.
Lovely place, super close to everything in Waikiki. The place is well-appointed and one of the more comfortable VRBO properties we have stayed in. The check-in and check-out experience was super easy. Could not recommend this place more highly
Centrally located to lot of shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and great shower! It met our needs perfectly. We had a great view of the fireworks!
This place was great for our family of 4. It's very close to the beach. We appreciated the small balcony for our breakfast. The parking lot was a huge plus as it wasn't far and was gated. Check-in and check-out were easy. We will come again
Location was perfect for for the beach, shopping, food and fun. The condo was bright, clean and beautiful, a perfect match for Hawaii.
We had one guest on the sofa bed which was surprisingly comfortable which was an added bonus.

Light and airy condo that’s close to the action of Waikiki without the traffic noise. We didn’t do much cooking as there a number of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Lanai was large and gave a great view to the Friday night fireworks. Parking was an added plus! Would stay again!

This place is located in an amazing location. It is just 1 block away from the beach and right around the corner of the shopping center. The house was well stocked and the management team was easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to everyone.
Really nicely appointed place to stay in a perfect location. All the things you need and some things you don't, but are sure nice to have. Beds were comfy, nice seating and accessories for the beach were on the balcony. Often a major inconvenience in a vacation home is little consideration for parking. A parking pass to the extremely convenient Hale Koa lot is included. Would absolutely stay here again

The apartment is very nice, good standard and the kitchen is fully equipped with remarkably high quality items (never seen such nice cutlery in a rental).
All supplies stocked that you need for a week. Apartment is obviously well maintained.
Beach Walk is a small side street in Waikiki and considering that this is a downtown location, the view is quite nice. Only downside: the noise level, with constant presence of delivery trucks, engines running and cooling units screaming, throughout the morning, starting very early. Then again, if you are looking for serenity, you will not stay in downtown Honolulu anyway.
Big bonus: check in with live person. Paul was our property manager and very friendly & responsive. Everything so much more convenient than dealing with automated systems and emailed lock codes. Two thumbs up for Paul!
I came to Hawaii for my daughter’s wedding at Turtle Bay and Kualoa Ranch. Afterward, my son and I stayed at The Regency on Beachwalk. The location is excellent and near almost everything. Needless to say, we had a great time.
It was a lovely property and so pleasant to sit on the lanai with a cup of coffee watching the parrots on the palm trees. We really enjoyed staying there!
Really enjoyed our stay - 3 min walk to the beach (and less crowded than Waikiki. The apartment was the perfect size for four people and the extra amenities (like beach chairs and umbrellas) were so helpful! Loved our stay!
