Recently updated with all new furniture, this unit is well maintained, reasonably priced and conveniently located in Waikiki. Offering 500 sq ft of living space and a huge lanai of 120 sq ft, the condo can accommodate 2 people, with a comfortable king bed. There is an accordion sliding divider between the living area and bedroom for added privacy. The open kitchen provides you with the comforts of your kitchen at home while traveling. Relax on the cooler side of the building and enjoy the tropical breezes from the mountain. There is a split AC unit to cool down the condo on the warm summer nights.

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Fitness center access is available for a fee.

Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
