ILIKAI NOTICE — July 9, 2025
Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 1) will be restricted from approximately July 28, 2025, to late December 2025, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also note that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own)

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.
