HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

The Waikiki Banyan as every Uber driver would refer to it as, is basically two high rise towers connected together by a 6th floor deck and parking garage.
There’s elevators for each tower and about 5-6 of them and they are fast, no joke, but with 38 floors just be ready to be waiting during the peak times of the day.
Our unit was clean and AC was on when we walked in. You get the basically as listed so expect to get olive oil and anything else you need for cooking. Sliding door to outdoor balcony kept getting stuck and hard to slide open and closed.
Comfy bed, and couch when we chilled at nights. Kitchen is in good order, bathrooms are nice and as shown.
Grills on the 6th floor deck are $2/hr and we cooked burgers and steaks which went fine.
Overall we might stay elsewhere in Oahu just because Waikiki is very city like and busy, but for the area this unit is a great stay.
We really loved this unit...the upgrades from the remodel were spot on: really nice floors, kitchen counters and tiles, full size fridge and all the amenities. The view just made us feel we were oceanfront and added to the luxurious feeling we felt each day while at the property. Definitely would rent again!!
