Beach Front Studio With Spectacular Ocean Views

Large beach front studio (460 sq, ft,) located at the Waikiki Shore, the only condo building in Waikiki that is directly on Waikiki Beach.
This unit is located in a building that is within the designated Resort Zone, and therefore eligible for short term vacation rentals
This awesome unit has a King size bed (or 2 twin size beds), flat screen TV, a well equipped full kitchen with dishwasher, and a large bathroom with wash/ dryer.
The spacious lanai has 2 tables and chairs, overlooking panoramic ocean views, beautiful sunsets, and spectacular firework display on Friday nights.
We operate the whole year round and offer affordable rates for the various Seasons.

Maximum occupancy for this unit is 2 persons.
Only registered persons permitted to stay in unit.
Unauthorized persons staying in unit will be immediately evicted and a $200 fine imposed.
Free WIFI
Rates do not include a parking permit (if available) to park across the street at a discounted rate with in / out privileges.
There is no resort fee.

Great location

This property is perfect good security close to everything and the staff exceptional. I really expected to go into the unit and find the view not quite as shown in the picture but everything was as advertised. We really had a good time.

Gorgeous view of sunsets

Wonderful fireworks display if you are there for a Friday night. Easy walk to all kinds of shopping in Waikiki. Beach is right out front. Beach chairs supplied.

Amazing view to beach & fireworks

My parents stayed at the condo and shared that the supplies were plentiful (more than average compared to other rentals). The view and the access to things are unbeatable. We will def stay again if we return to Waikiki.

Location!!

Location is key to this condo! Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great view of the ocean and a less busy beach. If you’re looking for a more relaxed experience this is it!

Absolutely wonderful property!

We absolutely LOVED our stay on Waikiki beach! Such a delightful studio! Perfect for the two of us. We had the beach, shopping, restaurants, beautiful sunsets- a perfect '10'. Our host, Kai, is very thorough and responsive and took good care of us. It is a great place!

Perfect trip ending

Everything was wonderful. Kai and Martin met us and Martin went thru check in. Studio was just right. Convenient, well appointed and the view was spectacular! It was a perfect ending to our time in the islands. We would most definitely stay here again.

Location is exceptional!

Since we didn't want to rent a car, location to the beach and amenities was forefront in our search criteria! Easy access to Outrigger Reef next door where we could grab Starbucks before grabbing a Lyft to places we needed to go to for our friends wedding festivities. Secure building was really appreciated. The room was clean and as described with a really lovely view. Beachside Lounge chair and umbrella rental for a discounted price for the staying here was a perk that we enjoyed a couple of times. Excellent hosts. I would stay here again.

Great location, perfect view!

100% satisfied with our decision to stay here. The condo was exactly as advertised. The view is simply incredible, and the perfect spot for sunsets and viewing the fireworks. Great location with easy walking to cafes and shops. This clean condo provided everything we needed - kitchen, laundry, easy beach access (with turtles directly in front of the building), and we appreciated the extras such as beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The car park optional extra was affordable and a welcome extra conveniently located directly across the street. Communication was easy, prompt and any queries prior to arrival were replied to. Excellent hosts, we appreciated the contact and offer to check in early, and the willingness to meet us at our convenience prior to checkout. We would stay here again.

Slice of Paradise

The property was beautiful! We stayed for 5 nights and loved the location right on Waikiki Beach. Kai communicated with us prior to our arrival, and Martin greeted us at the property and walked us through everything inside. We did pay for parking for the 5 days, which was very convenient and right across the street from the condo, although we really only used the car for 2 of the 5 days. We could walk everywhere for restaurants and bars, and the beautiful beach is just outside the door. (One note about the beach is that there is a fair amount of coral in the water, so if you have water shoes this might be a good option.) A few notes about noise - there is presently construction going on as they are redoing the lobby and we could hear this noise on and off during the day. One side effect of the construction is that there is only one working elevator for the entire building and we did have fairly long wait time for the elevator. Being on 11th floor the stairs were not a great option. We also could hear voices and music from adjoining condos frequently - this is an older building and I think the walls are fairly thin. But noise was just a very minor inconvenience though, and overall we loved the property and would stay again if we are ever in Waikiki!

The perfect location!

We wanted a place where we could see the beach from our balcony and be able to walk from our unit onto the beach. We didn’t need a lot of space, and The Waikiki Shores provided all we needed. We didn’t get to spend as much time taking advantage of the beach access and view as we would have liked due to our short stay and other excursions around the island. But we loved it and were able to rent a car from First Rental Cars, which is located only a few blocks away and provides free overnight parking. (You can rent cars at the airport for less, but you then have to pay high fees for parking garages nearby. So the location of Waikiki Shores and First Rental Cars was a perfect combination.) We were welcomed at the condo by Kai and Martin, and Martin gave us a detailed tour of the condo. The condo looks exactly like the photos in the listing. The balcony has mirrors on both sides which allow you to see views from all directions (but are a bit discombobulating when you keep seeing yourself in the reflection and think there is someone behind you! LOL). The unit doesn’t provide coffee, and there was only hand soap in the shower but under the bathroom sink were a variety of body washes, sun screen, and hair products left by previous tenants. So if you don’t bring your own, you are probably okay. The unit doesn’t provide any beach amenities such as lounging chairs, umbrellas, or body boards, but it does offer a small cooler with freezer packs. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Spot, Great Condo

Best spot on Waikaii. Our 4th stay at Waikaii Shores, 1st at this condo. The unit was in very good condition with good views being on 11th floor. A quiet side of the beach with Army property next door which is quaintly underdeveloped. We rented the unit for our son and they had a great time. Martin and his team made us all feel welcome. No better place to stay on the beach.

Everything was wonderful and Kai was always available if needed. Loved the proximity to the ocean and having chairs and an umbrella for relaxing on the beach! My wife loved the comfortable bed and especially the sheets! Great view of the ocean and sunset over the bay! Overall a great value for being in the heart of Waikiki!

Outstanding location!!

Close proximity to “all things Waikiki”!! The lanai was overlooking a beautiful park with soaring Terns and to die for sunsets. Kai was thorough as he walked us through every nuance of his well kept unit. When we return to Waikiki this is where we’ll stay!
