We had a wonderful stay, very well Located with a great view on both ocean and city.
Everything to cook. Communication with host was very easy, they came repaire the shower within one houre, the french handyman was super nice and recommended things to do !
The Appartment is well furnished, except for the couch that is a bit old.
Its a big building so allow some time for the elevator, we often waited 10/15min to get in.
Overall we really like staying there and recommend it
Great location, parking was convenient however parking garage ceilings were very low. The property was clean, I did not look like the picture. Midway vacations (property management) were great with communication. We would stay there again!

Had a very cozy stay. Condo was very clean easy to check into. Beds are comfortable. Comes with basic amenities. Can walk to beach restaurants stores. We used Uber to get out easy to pick up from condo. Would recommend!!!
Enjoyed our stay here. Second time staying at the Banyan via midway vacations and both times were super easy and seamless. The unit is great for our family of 3. Can’t beat the location- short walk to the beach which is perfect for our little one. The floors could probably use a good mopping but not a big deal (dirty feet quickly after showering) We would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay in your condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. All you needed to cook a meal. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. We enjoyed the lanai during our morning coffee and our evening wine. Its very close to beach and stores. Will definitely stay here again!
Overall, the unit was in an excellent location. Very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and easy access to highways for visiting other areas. Communication with the property manager was easy and done primarily through email/text. Unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed.
The property is in a a convenient location, the apartment is good although the air conditioner was noisy and the building hallway was a bit old and smelt odd but the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the apartment was fully equipped, and the free parking was great. l wud definitely recommend for a short stay or on a budget.
We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Waikiki! Check in was a breeze and the property was clean. The open shower was beautiful but made it a little difficult to contain the shower spray to the shower. I would recommend this property.
Property is great, exactly as described. Communication about the rental is top notch. Close to the beach, restaurants, and everything else. Highly recommend this property . Also, the coin operated washing machines use the PayRange app and were very easy to use. Laundry was easy and no need to overpack.
We enjoyed our stay at Waikiki Banyon condo. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and really enjoyed the balcony with a view of the beach. We would sit on the balcony in the morning and sometimes in the evening and watch the sunset. The location was great. Walked to the beach, shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the parking pass to park in the attached garage. Will definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Trip
The unit was great and accommodated our two couples nicely having queen beds.
The bathroom toilet needs to be installed correctly so it doesn't rock when you get up from the seated position.
Our family of five stayed for 3 nights in this unit and enjoyed every bit of it! The location was great…easy walk to the beach and shops. Even a great little grocery store near by. All the things we needed including beach chairs and umbrella, plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen, and an amazing view. This was also one of the only units I could find with 2 queen beds…which were comfortable! My only recommendation would be to have lots of hooks for hanging towels, hats, bags, etc…since space is limited. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
Overall our stay was great. Having beach chairs and the cooler to use was awesome. Only criticism we have is the floor was dirty when we arrived. Our 9mo old twins had blackened knees and feet after crawling around the first day. Maybe check with your cleaning company and verify they're mopping the floors each time.
Overall the condo met our needs. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal for our family. We appreciated having the ability to prepare quick meals in the kitchen to cut down on eating out costs. Access to free parking was priceless. However the bathroom sink did not drain well and it had a moldy odor. Hopefully this gets resolved. Air conditioning unit was quite loud.
The property was a great place to stay! The downsides were there were not enough large trash bags. Which they asked you to throw the trash daily! The
Shower head was moldy and water splashed out of the shower creating a large puddle and super soaked bath mat! Location was great! Short walk to the beach and other attractions. We enjoyed our stay at this property. While the Waikiki Banyan does not have the look and feel of many of the nearby resorts (elaborate pools, on site dining, etc), we found the location of the property and the condo well suited for our needs as an adventurous family not intending to stay in the condo much. The property was very clean and as described in the listing. I made a few calls to the property management and the calls were promptly answered by friendly agents. We enjoyed the upgraded kitchen with the island for breakfasts and a few take out dinners. I was pleasantly surprised by the pretty view from the lanai as well! The location is in close proximity to not only the beach but also great restaurants. We enjoyed many of the restaurants and food trucks on Kuhio. We would recommend this property and stay here again!
