"SunDancer is a friendly little community where fellow travelers become friends, and everyone can enjoy fantastic snorkeling off the dock, lounging by the crystal clear pool, and incredible sunsets from the upper deck of the dock! We are repeat visitors, and our host, as always, was attentive to our every need. SunDancer is a tranquil little piece of paradise where you are surrounded by the true flora and fauna of the island. "Place is as in pics. Our unit was close to road Loud & dusty. Beach was a bust. Did not want to sit on a dock!. Had the reviews mentioned the road work & the silt & that the water was not that great we would have not booked. The reef is not that close. When we got a car we spent or time elsewhere.No fault of Sundancer but reviews should have mentioned the amount of road work! "This was our second visit to Phoenix House. The primary reason we like this location (Sundancer) is the access to the reef. There are very few places in the tropical snorkeling business in the world where you can access a coral reef with a 10 minute swim. No boat rental necessary. Yes, you cross a boat channel, so heads up. My idea of heaven."
