"We enjoyed our stay. The room was adequate . The door would not lock and they fixed it immediately. It needs some more storage area and maybe a few hooks for hanging things to dry. The couch was not in very good shape, but we spent very little time in the room. The bed was comfy , the ac worked great, and the shower was nice. We were in a room at the back which was quiet except for the birds which we enjoyed, but there was no ocean view from it. The breakfast was very good , but a new company was taking the restaurant over so the options became very limited for other meals, presumably as they ran out of inventory. The few meals we did have were a great price and good. It was great to have the beach chairs available at Bananarama."

"The entire team at West End Dive Resort and Splash Inn & dive shop were kind, courteous and pleasant. Access to the pool after a great day of diving was a lovely way to relax. Room was exactly what I needed, comfortable bed, great shower, and a quiet environment. Will be back again. "

"The room was cleaned daily and restocked with fresh bottled water. There were a few stand-out servers: Gektor and Andy specifically. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, from the security staff to the entertainment staff to the hotel staff. We were welcomed as if we had come “home”."

"Gorgeous property. The pool area and the beach were really nice, and you can snorkle right off the beach and see tons of colorful fish. It rained almost our whole stay and there was a leak in our bathroom ceiling at one point, but it was fixed quickly. The spa facilities were so tranquil and have a great view of the ocean as well. Breakfast was good, though it is definitely on the pricier side. There is a free evening shuttle into town and a free cocktail at sunset. Would stay again. "

"The room had a fair strong, strange smell. The complimentary airport shuttle service was inadequate. When arranging a ride to the airport, the only late morning options were 0930 and 1230 departures. As a result, my 0930 was completely packed and my fold down seat was uncomfortable. With a full van, ALL of the bags were put in a second van that broke down halfway to the airport. Our driver left us wondering at airport curbside without explanation of our baggage delay. Turns out he retrieved the bags from the broken van. But no apology for the 25 minute delay. If the hotel offered service every hour, or at least every 90 minutes (say 0730,0900,1030,1200), then the ride would not have been uncomfortable, and the bags could have accompanied the passengers. The room was very reasonably priced, but I can’t recommend this hotel as I experienced it."
