"we had a really great stay!! we stayed for 2 nights and first the location is amazing, it's really central, the room was clean and I thought it would be loud at night but it was quite silent, I definitely can recommend this hotel!!"

"Velvet Lodge was a great stay. It is at a walkable distance from the central station which is convenient if you are traveling with family and have a lot of luggage like we did. The property was neat and clean, and staff are supportive. Only caveat was walking up and down the stairs for 3 floors with the bags."

"We had a two room suite with a balcony. The views were wonderful over much of the city and surrounding areas. The room was very quiet and comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were modern and lovely. Breakfast was served buffet style with very tasty options. Staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent place to stay. "
