The hotel is about a half block from either the bus stop or the train stop. It is walking distance to a quaint little section to go shopping or to eat. The check-in staff was very friendly and very nice. I will definitely be staying there the next time I go over to see my son.

Essentially the hotel is good, on an ok location & staff is friendly (4 stars given). Though this time somebody had ordered gardeners to start very early in the morning: using very loud gear (leaf blower?); this totally wasted my sleep (0 stars)

A great stay

This modern, recently refurbished hotel was great. The staff could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was well maintained, the bed comfortable, the coffee excellent and the bathroom clean and hygienic.

A great hotel at a convenient location

Overall it was an amazing stay. The staff was friendly, courteous and went out of their way to fix any issue and make sure the stay was satisfactory. This hotel has the most universally excellent staff of any hotel that I have stayed at. The cleaning staff was somewhat sloppy. The room is comfortable but the walls are very thin

Nice clean hotel. It is somewhat noisy as it is located next to the freeway and next to a major train corridor. Also, they would not make available a refrigerator in my room, so not really suitable for a longer term stay
