"Upon check-in I learned that booking through Expedia cancels any benefits of a Bonvoy member (breakfasts, upgrades, etc). The hotel was not very helpful and dismissed the issue, Expedia support was worthless and never responded. I would never use Expedia again for a Marriott, or other major brand, hotel reservation if you have earned status. The fitness center is very basic, and doesn't appear to have been update since our last stay, years ago. The food options are very limited, and..."

"It was a 9 out 10 the only thing was the parking guest can only park in parking stalls without numbers because there’s residence that live there so finding a parking spot with no number is slim pickings but besides that the place is amazing kitchen was perfect. Everything we needed room was a 10 beautiful property had an amazing time. Quiet not a place for small kids real relaxed would stay there again no questions asked"

"Traveled with our little family. Overall very satisfied with our stay. The check in process, the property, the communication and check out was all a breeze. The unit was great, clean and spacious. Only saw one cockroach on the last day outside near our door. Which I’m guessing is not a big deal for Hawaii.
