"The property is ran by a very tentative GM whose leadership reflects in her staffs excellant customer service.
The place was not only smelled clean, their wasn't a speck of dust or dirt to be found anywhere.
Despite being near the airport it was very quiet.
I regularly stay at Holiday Inns across North Americia and this one is number 1 on my list.

"Put us in building 6. A long way from any amenities even though we asked to be closer to amenities. Noisy construction, cutting concrete next to our sliding door in early morning, college kids banging on our door in the middle of the night and parking a far distance from our room."

"The lighting was terrible to tiny lamps in the main part one of which was a strobe. The toilet was broken; at first it wouldn't flush, then it wouldn't stop running, I left for hours at a time to find puddles on the floor, I was able to find the problem and fix it. The floor throughout the room was sticky and dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in years. "
