The communication between Expedia and Ruby River is poor and after giving 48 hours notice I would not be using the third night of my booking, I remain trying to get a refund from one party or the other. "Rooms had a desk chair, no sofa or sitting chair. No rollaway beds. No continental breakfast, they have a bagged “grab and go” breakfast. The heater is extremely loud when it kicks on and off. There was caution tape flapping around the top of one set of stairs. For the price, I expected a little more quality. "
