The room was clean, the beds were good and the staff were very nice. The only thing that I would say that could be better is making sure the rooms had fresh towels every day if they are staying 3 or 4 days.

Great stay. Very clean rooms. Dog friendly. Pets stay on bottom floor with vinyl floors. No pet odors! Beds were firm but not uncomfortable. Linen was average but clean. Breakfast was hot eggs, waffles, basic continental breakfast. Easy access to freeways and HWY 2 and minutes from Spokane. Staff were very kind.

The hotel was extremely clean, and it showed by the way the staff cleaned. The staff were also extremely helpful, especially Kate at the front desk. Being welcomed with a warm smile made it feel like a friendly and comfortable space.

My room had a stain/leftover food on the seating in window area, and one had one towel in the bathroom when I arrived. The room just could have used more attention than just making the beds. The staff was great though.

Although staff was friendly and room was clean-the area is sketchy, people staying there also sketchy and loud, did not feel safe with homeless around the parking area and neighboring rooms with multiple people coming in and out you can hear talking through the walls, loudly partying, TVs on that you can hear through the walls-not a place for solo travelers or for folks looking for a good nights sleep.

Proximity to Northern Quest concert venue is great and complimentary shuttle is fantastic! The hotel itself was ok, room was decently clean but they use a really strong smelling chemical cleaner which gave us all an instant headache. If you are scent sensitive- this is not the hotel for you. Breakfast was not great.
