"We checked into a very spacious, clean, comfortable room with no problems at all. I enjoyed using the gym which looked and smelled brand new. The breakfast offerings included, sausage, potato eggs, three types of cereal, two types of waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, apples, juices, and milk and 3 types of coffee. The bathroom was even spacious with a big shower. I would highly recommend this stop on your travels."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Budgetel in Scottsboro. It was easy to get to and the room was very nicely remodeled. Everything was very clean, including the lobby. There is no breakfast so keep that in mind but there is coffee in the rooms. The man at the desk was very friendly and helpful even when I had to get him up very early to let me back into my room because I had left the key on the table, closed the door behind me to leave and realized I had left something in the room. The hotel is right off a busy divided highway on a frontage road so you can definitely hear the traffic at night and early in the morning. There is a Ruby Tuesday, Chick-Fil-A and a cafe in short walking distance on the frontage road. There are other restaurants across the divided highway but I would suggest a car to get there and don't attempt to walk. The air conditioner was quite noisy but I was able to sleep through it. The price was amazing and Scottsboro is adorable. I wish I hadn't just been passing through and had more time to explore. I would stay here again."

"Absolutely wonderful property. I will be back with family and soon! The only problem I had with this property is that the bedroom can lights were hooked up to the same switch as the ceiling fan. It was hot not being able to use the fan since the light couldn't be turned off. That said, I would absolutely stay again. My daughter and I loved it here. I'd love to move in! The views are amazing "

"We loved our stay here! The kids loved the rustic cabin and outdoor space. My son and my husband fished for hours and caught bass and bream. WiFi is great here. Very quaint and cozy, but clean and well appointed. Nice, full size toiletry items and a nice hairdryer in the bathroom. The bathroom lighting is a little dim, especially when taking a shower, but it wasn’t a big issue. If you are tall like my husband you will have to remember to duck through the doorways. The history of the cabin is so neat and we had a great time! "
