Amazing views, fun cabins, awesome pool and tons of wildlife. From our cabin “the Barndominium” we had horses nearby, tons of deer, ducks and beautiful views. Close to the lake so we were able to kayak and paddleboard up to the bat cave. Little bit of a drive to Chattanooga but it was easy access to the freeway.
The view from the property is stunning and the buildings are charming. The property was clean and well taken care of. We stayed in the Barndominium and it was clean and accommodating.
Place was very clean and well stocked. We liked that it was somewhat secluded from the other cabins, considering we had our 1 year old and 6 year old with us and they can get loud. Had a nice big yard and our 6 year old enjoyed his morning visits with the ducks. Will definitely consider staying again!
It was exactly as described and very clean. So peaceful and quiet. Horses and ducks visited daily which the kids really enjoyed. The pool was great and the views from the pool deck are amazing. We will definitely be back!! Sylvia was very helpful and friendly!
The check in process was only difficult because we got to the property so late and could not find the actual building. The barndominium ended up being amazing and very comfortable. The communication with the owners was amazing though. We will be back.
I love how calm and safe ot is . We left the front door open by accident for 4 hours i was super scared when we came back but everything was in place. Just the beds need a little help the bunk beds were too noisy 😂. But i will definitely go back.
Great views !! Loved being next to the lake. We fished and caught fish. ( catch and release). We loved the swimming pool. The basketball courts A mallard duck and city duck were our guest Horses by the lake, goats and chicken in a large pen. The goats and chicken came to the fence for you to feed or pet them. Only negative statement. No closets or chest of drawers to put your clothes. We enjoyed Paradise Pointe.
We loved the setting with all the animals and the pool, really beautiful views. A few things need to be fixed: the curtains were too small for the windows, the blinds in both bathrooms were broken off and needed to be replaced. When we moved the coffee table to pull it closer to the couch, it was quite dirty underneath with old food crumbs and other items. Lastly, the intake vent needs to be cleaned. All in all, we loved our stay and would recommend it, hoping these stated items get fixed.
We had a really wonderful stay! Reading the previous reviews I was prepared for the “horse smell” and I will say a candle definitely solved that problem. The property is so cool and has lots of fun amenities-my daughter fell in love with all the animals around. Couple of things- they say to bring a blanket and I definitely WOULD! The bedding is very thin. Also, the blinds need a lot of work+curtains would have made this a more comfortable stay for us. We will definitely be going back but probably to stay at a different rental. Overall loved our experience!
Stayed here for a golf trip to Sweetens Cove really enjoyed the condo every amenity was provided, beds were comfortable, indoor pool was really nice and we loved the patio outside it over looking the river!
This was our second time staying at the resort. Our family loves it there. From petting the horses and other farm animals, to the beautiful views. There was always something to do. And the huge swimming pool is a complete bonus. Our kids wore that pool out. They loved jumping off of that upper deck. Looking forward to our next visit.
Paradise Resort is a great place for family fun and relaxation. The adults and kids enjoyed the pool, basketball and outdoors. We will return in the future and try one of the other lodging options.
Great property and amenities, would stay in a different space again. Tap water smelled and tasted like straight chlorine, couldn't even drink it or cook with it. Hot/cold water was tied in backwards. The furniture size didn't feel appropriate for the floor plan, felt congested.
