There was just enough room for all of us. The downstairs area was wonderful for those hot afternoons and evenings. "Quiet and easily accessible neighborhood. The house is a short drive from downtown Charleston and the beaches on Sullivan's Island or Isle of Palm. The house is on the smaller side but was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. The availability of beach chairs and towels would be a nice addition."

"This cottage is in the most prime location in Folly! We were a 3 min walk from Center St., which is the main strip for restaurants and shops, and across the street from beach. You can hear the waves crashing on shore at night. Communication with property management was concise, prompt and friendly. Cottage was spacious enough for my son and I, but would not be enough for more than 4 people, otherwise a perfect retreat for our beach wedding weekend!"

"The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families. "
